NO! Unfortunately, money usually trumps substance because it usually supplants an effective message. Brat had a good message and delivered it very well. What we really need is more candidates who are intelligent, not just some self-important lawyer who’s looking for a cushy job where he doesn’t really have to work! What do you call a failed lawyer: “ Either Your Honor or Congressman.”
