NOGALES, Ariz. (AP) - The FBI is investigating an explosion at a power plant in southern Arizona caused by a makeshift bomb.
Nogales police say the explosion Wednesday morning at the UniSource Energy Services Valencia Plant ruptured a diesel storage tank and caused a small spill, but the fuel didn’t ignite.
Authorities say there were no reported injuries and they’re still looking for suspects and any witnesses to the explosion which occurred around 9:30 a.m.

Sent three whole army groups across the Bering Strait into Alaska, cut the pipeline, came across Canada to link up here in the middle, but we stopped their butt cold. The lines have pretty much stabilized now.
Robert: What about Europe?
Col. Andy Tanner: I guess they figured twice in one century was enough. They’re sitting this one out. All except England, and they won’t last very long.

Diesel will not burn or explode at room temperature in air. That was fortunate.
