Obama Thinks You're Stupid, that's Why

The latest scandals from the White House have prompted speculation trying to determine why President Obama screws up so much. There is a simple answer.

Obamacare, a failed trillion dollar stimulus, sky-high food stamp usage, disability rolls soaring, our national debt mortgaging America’s future, our adversaries and enemies on the march. Obama has compiled quite a list of “accomplishment” as he fulfills one promise -- to fundamentally transform America. Tragically, it has been a very damaging transformation.

Some ascribe these failures to Obama’s inability to manage the presidency, to lead; others to a work ethic problem; others to a lack of experience (only on the fictional West Wing TV show would academia be seen as qualifying one for the presidency) and a sparse record of ever accomplishing anything of significance other than being …Barack Obama.

All these failures have been justified, explained away or caused by lies (you can keep your insurance, doctor, and save $2500 on premiums; ObamaCare will add not a thin dime to the deficit; a red line that was Orwellian-erased when it became an embarrassment; Al Qaeda was on the run; Benghazi was caused by a video; there was not a “smidgen of corruption” at the IRS). The lies are too numerous to list (here is a partial list from last year of 252 examples of lies, law-breaking and corruption) and that list ever-expanding because, as Victor Davis Hanson wrote, a man who would lie about his mother’s death will “fudge” the truth about anything. And so he has and will, indeed must, continue to do so.

The average American is not stupid, just ignorant.

They twitter, twatter, twutter, twotter and ipad their days away, but when the subject is politics or history, they just download another game and continue on.

With EBT cards, extended unemployment benefits, disability benefits, parents homes and practically unlimited credit cards, they don't work and many don't want to work.

They think obama is kewl and don't ever take the time to learn what is really happening to our country.

Fat, lazy and ignorant is now the way to go through the American dream:(

We will never understand Barack Obama if we see him as a normal person doing bad things.

Barack Obama does not perceive himself as a normal person. He is a narcissist, he believes he is special. He is also a communist hence he believes he is possessed of a special truth.

So when Barack Obama lies about foreign policy or even when Barack Obama simply doesn't bother to take security briefings, it is because he is above them, he is possessed of a truer truth. Why should he waste his time listening to conventional security advisers and generals who are earth bound, who operate under the old paradigm, who possessed neither his special nature or his special knowledge?

In his narcissism Obama believes he has no duty to conventional truth or any duty to convention of any kind and especially not to the Constitution because these things deprive the world of his special gifts. These are impediments to transformation, to as higher plane.

If this armchair psychoanalysis is even remotely accurate, his pathology will deteriorate daily until the end of his term. Those who doubt that should consider how he behaved when repudiated by the voters in 2010, he doubled down! He is not bound to the same considerations as, for example, influenced Bill Clinton under circular circumstances to moderate his positions.

Narcissism is a pathology, not a habit.

Well, I have been cheerfully ranting while not raving. I sometimes describe myself as a falling on the floor, foaming at the mouth conservative so I guess an occasional rant might be loosed.

.....when repudiated by the voters in 2010, Obama doubled down on activities the voters deplored!....

When voters speak, other politicians moderate their positions. Obama entertains no such constraints.

I do agree he is a textbook narciccist....however, his perspective has been sharpened by his upbringing and the peculiar beliefs rampant in the streets of gangland Chicago, and elsewhere.

It is an article of faith in those minority communities that all US laws, our rules and regs, our traditions, morals and mores were fashioned by evil, white men specifically to subjugate minorities and deprive them of the same opprtunities white Americans were given.

When Oprah shocked us----saying white people must die to eradicate inequality, she underlines that belief. Caribbean singer Harry Belafonte also urged Obama to kill white people.

Ergo, Obama religiously believes he can and should ignore US laws. Unfortunately Obama has the power to do as he believes.

I babysit for a Plastic Surgeon who works for a University Hospital in the inner city. She is in fear for her job (think trauma repair and breast repair from cancer surgeries, not facelifts)because the reimbursements have dropped due to Obamacare and the hospital is cutting staff, including doctors.

Very true. To the Communist, Truth, as any absolute is relative, and “flexible” to the context and need for the further bigger cause. Deception is the key to the advancement of history toward communism.
