GOOD NEWS: Latest Polls on Senate Races (Primaries and General)
Real Clear Politics ^ | June 12, 2014 | Staff: Real Clear Politics

Go to the link to see the latest Polling on Senate Races. Basically it's mostly good news for Conservatives. In KY, Grimes is leading McConnell 49 -46. In GA, Kingston is up 11 on Perdue. They both are handily defeating Nunn. Ernst is up on Braley in Iowa by 1 in one poll and up by 6 in another. And, of course Chris McDaniel is up on Cochran.

Check it out. It's pretty good news for our team.

McConnell has to do just a few simple things and he will take the general by storm:

1) Apologize to the base and the Tea Party movement (remember the Tea Party is not a Party; it is a state of mind);

2) Step down immediately from his position as majority leader and promote a Tea Party Republican like Mike Lee (because Ted is the next President);

3) Seek intense counsel and advice from Sarah Palin and show he’s really learned and oommitted to rethinking his political philosophy and actions.

Of course he won’t do any of the above, so he’s toast for the general.

Good Riddance!

PS - He can always defect to the demoRat party where he properly belongs.

I don’t like that Grimes is up on McConnell, even though I know he’s a RINO, I’d rather a Republican take him out....

I’m pretty sure RCP has Colorado and Arkansas wrong, Cory Gardner and Tom Cotton should win their Senate races, which would bring us to a 54 - 46 advantage.

um... how is a democrat Grimes leading the republican good news ?
___________________________________________________________________________________________

Because Mitch McConnell is a low-life, scum bag who hates Conservatives and Conservative causes. He has never stood up to Obama and his regime. He bragged that the GOP Establishment would “CRUSH” all Tea Party Primary Candidates. He is “all in” to see Cochran defeat Chris McDaniel. He held a fundraiser for Cochran a few days ago. He hates Conservatives and Tea Party people. He is not just a RINO, he is a mean, vile, power-hungry s.o.b. who does not care how much damage he has to do to good people who just want to be involved in the Process and have a chance for their voice to be heard, in order to keep his position of power. A lot of Conservatives will be voting for Grimes in November. We can lose his seat and still gain control of the Senate. To hell with Mitch McConnell.

Obama is awful but Romney would have been worse, much worse. Because electing Romney would have put the enemy in charge of our camp.

The fact is the statists have taken over both parties and we have no choice. No matter what happens we lose under the current structure. But with Obama in office, we have a chance to take our party back and defeat Hillary or whoever the progressives put up in 2016.

Because now we have no party. We have a few champions who are marginalized, ostracized, smeared and shunned and we are hoping the ranks of our few champions will grow and reach a critical mass.

It’s a two front war, within the GOP establishment and also in direct conflict with the demoRats. War is Hell but we’ve got to get a beachhead somewhere. McConnell and his K-Street grifters will fire at us no matter where we try and land. So we’ve got to take him out.

I didn’t see a poll on Gardner, but Tom Cotton was up on Pryor by 3 points I think.

In the new political age in which the federal government dictates what kind of light bulb you may use or what your child may learn and even eat in school, a senator from one state has power over the lives of Americans in every state.

It may be that the people of South Carolina have chosen the sleep with Lindsey Graham but the rest of us are going to get up with fleas.

It would be great to have a Pub take him out, but Grimes is running to the right, and I’ll settle for anyone taking him out.

he may be all that, but in the end he caucuses with the Republicans for control of the Senate.

And that matters quite a lot.

I would vote against him in the primary, and then for him in the general if I lived in his state.

We can win the senate, and get rid of McConnell too.

Why would any KY conservative crawl over glass to send McConnell
back after McConnell trashed and bragged about crushing them?

Only conservatives who like being spit on and abused, I guess.

And the democrat you replace him with will... love and embrace the Tea Party?

I don’t understand your logic.

If the Democrat will be just as bad if not worse, then why vote for them? at least the scumbag McConnell will caucus with us. The Democrat will hate Tea Partiers just as much.

Anyone have a poll on La. Senate race with Landrieu running for reelection? She’s been running cutesy ads with her dad and her opponent, the establishment candidate Cassidy, hasn’t run any.

Would you rather have a commie threatening you from the front, or McConnell standing behind you with a knife, ready at any moment to stab you in the back, any time it looked like you might win?

If I would surrender a single seat to the Democrats this year, yet get the majority in the senate, it would be to sacrifice McConnell’s seat. He has made it clear that he is the enemy of conservatism, and will spend all his energy fighting the conservative agenda, and supporting the Democrats.

The logic is you don’t trash and then brag about crushing the same
voters you will need in the primary.

Maybe you like being spit on, pissed on and abused.
However, I’m guessing many KY conservatives do not.

We can win the senate, get rid of McConnell and be just fine.

Does that explain it any better?

You know Texas Freeper, we Conservatives have been used and abused by the likes of Mitch McConnell for decades. I look at it like this: A woman who is in an abusive marriage doesn’t care what she has to do to get rid of that abusive husband, and at the same time let him experience just a taste of the pain he has inflicted on her all these years. And she gets to the point that she doesn’t care “who” rescues her from the sorry s.o.b. as long as they free her from him. Well, I’ve taken crap off of Mitch McConnell, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, to name a few, long enough. Enough is enough.

Too bad the long term insider and a$%wipe Kingston is leading Perdue. IF he wins he will lose to Nunn. It is time for the people who have been in Washington 20 plus years to go HOME and try and find honest work.

Lying in ads seems to be “jack”’s way of campaigning. I hope the electorate is bright enough to get rid of him
