Former Lesbian Reveals How to Actually Deal With Homosexuality 8:00AM EDT 6/12/2014 JANET BOYNES

Janet Boynes, a born-again Christian who has overcome homosexuality simply through the power of Christ.

The topic of homosexuality can no longer be ignored. Many churches have closed their eyes hoping it would just go away or they have inwardly convinced themselves that they shouldn't address something that is so controversial. However, our culture is forcing us to take a stand.

The gay agenda is advancing to the point that instead of being ashamed of what the Bible calls sin, they actually flaunt it. The promoters of this lifestyle are, in a sense, like those who questioned Peter when they asked, "Are you His disciple"? Are we, like Peter, going to bow before the pressure and deny what Scripture clearly teaches?

Jesus told us to keep in mind that if He was persecuted, then the world would also persecute us (John 15:20). In addition, Paul told Timothy that things would go from bad to worse and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted (2 Tim. 3:12-13). Speaking truth has that effect on the world's system. Our goal, though, should not be to escape ridicule but to declare the truth of Scripture, motivated by a heart of love.

Recently, there has been a number of public attacks on people who have stood up for traditional marriage. The CEO of Mozilla was forced to resign; Phil Robertson was temporarily removed from the Duck Dynasty program; several business owners have been taken to court for not participating in the celebration of gay marriages, including a baker, a photographer and a florist; and HGTV cancelled a new series that was hosted by twin brothers, David and Jason Benham. We may not have chosen this battle, but it has been thrust upon us!

In the midst of these public confrontations, there is a 'behind the scenes' scenario playing out. Thousands of those living the homosexual lifestyle along with thousands who are not actively involved in a relationship, but are dealing with same-sex attraction are looking for a way out! The church isn't equipped to deal with this, for the most part, and often doesn't want to deal with it.

Jesus told us to go into the highways and hedges and compel the people to come into His house (Luke 14:23). Highways and hedges are probably not the places church people hang out! The lost and the sinner are there; someone's son or daughter is there; someone is there for whom Christ shed His blood. The soul of the homosexual is precious to God. He desires all to be saved. We cannot deal casually with the eternal spirits of those for whom Christ died.

Jesus can change the life of anyone in the grip of sin. The Bible has the solution for all who struggle with homosexuality. I should know. I was in this lifestyle for 14 years and I am now victoriously free! It took a body of believers to help me, spend time with me and be an example to me.

My story has been documented in my book, Called Out, and written about in Charisma magazine. I've also given my testimony many times on television as well as in many churches across our nation.

My ministry is devoted to helping people come out of unwanted homosexuality. I believe this. I am devoted to it, but the apathy and unpreparedness of the church must change. For that reason, I am using avenues to equip the church, youth leaders and family members so they are in position to help those who are struggling.

One of these avenues is a conference we are holding on August 15-16, 2014, in Lake Mary, Florida. We are partnering with Charisma Media and we're reaching out not only to people from Central Florida, but around the nation. You can go to my website for more information. At this conference you can hear people talk about how they came out of homosexuality as well as helpful information on how to minister to people who are hurting in this area while raising a standard against the tide which is the gay agenda.

Yep, but what is more important Badger, is the mindset impelling these actions.

It is the shunning of the Ten Commandments. The majority no longer value the worship of the Lord our God in our daily lives, but place a higher value on activities that bring self destruction and corrode their souls, namely the irresponsible use of our God-given liberty.

"Simply"...eh?

Implying the power of Christ is not all that powerful.

I didn't read it that way at all. For someone such as her who led a life so far from Him, it is not an easy road back. Yet it is an easy road back...once you realize all you need to do is commit and accept Christ as your Savior.

His power is love. That is simple. Yet powerful.

It’s amazing that this nation ever accomplished ANYTHING - reached the moon, won two world wars, invented the microchip, etc. - before we started paying homage to the homosexual Baal. At least that’s what the Baal worshipers would have us believe.

When you’re 85 y/o, you can day whatever you damn well please.

My mom was trying to sit down in a chair recently, not an easy task for her as she's arthritic and walks with the assistance of a "walker". One of her great grand daughters (Adult) was trying to help her, she asked mom, "How can I help you grandma"? Mom says, "get away from me if you want to help". Mom's 93 and wants to be as independent as humanly possible. My grand niece just didn't know her very well.

Reject the sin but love the sinner. You do not approve of the sinful behavior. Most certainly don’t approve of the parading of the sin.

That is IMO the Biblical view.

The current symptoms are in large part a result of Obama’s other politics as guided by moral decline, and ultimately dictated by cultural & demographic and subsequently economic stagnation and decline.

The long term symptoms are far far more serous and dramatic, and not particularly reversible. when you fall behind in this kind of race you don’t tend to catch up. As it is rather unlikely that the rest of the world will be stupid enough to make theses same mistakes.

You can’t get more foolish than simply obtaining from family in-favor of fruitless and often sinful lifestyles.

The good news is only the parts of our civilization that continues to embrace this Sin will die, the rest of us as small a minority e may be in the present will survive, and inherit whats left of our country along with all who are imported to replace them who don’t.

Janet Boynes did not write this third-person introductory sentence. A Chrisma editor probably did.

“Before homosexuality was bad they had made heterosexual marriage bad.

The so called urgency of marriage at a young age to have children as been replaced by the outright brutal urgency of rape. The pill has not made nuns out of women nor caring monks out of men.”

I don’t think either of them solutions are good and Stable.

If you want to manage a civilization you must respect it’s God given nature and needs. As it happens God made men and women to produce and raise families such is necessary for the carting on of our Species and specifically God’s people.

As it happens the reproductive years of a woman are between general about 15 and 35 meaning if she is to create a family she has only about a 20 year window to do it, if she is to actual produce a family.

Now of course Half of that is taken up by Education and increasingly the other half is being consumed by establishing oneself. The world in which sustainable families were the norm in western civilization was a world in which Women were raised to value their children more than paper in their purses, or knowledge in their heads.

Look at ourselves, We actually criticize women who choose to go out and have large families that we say they can’t afford, but the fact is their children eat and play better than most all the children in human history!

Yes its not ideal, yet if they just have a few less they would live wealthier and perhaps even safer lives, but that would mean giving up the one thing that life is really all about.

The men in our modern culture no longer have any place at all. Young men today serve at the pleasure of women who no longer see us as anything other than something plesant to keep around and occationlay a pocket book.

Has anybody noticed.....

Sure have! Indeed, God will not be mocked, and He is now judging the USA for it's blatant immorality and sin.
