Iraqi Air Force evacuating besieged American contractors
WND ^ | June 13, 2014 | Jerome R. Corsi

A U.S. contractor in Iraq told WND the Iraqi Air Force has begun evacuations from Balad Air Force Base, where 200 American contractors were trapped by the al-Qaida-inspired jihadists who have seized control of two cities and are now threatening Baghdad.

Frank Biggs, a contractor with Sallyport Global, told WND through a Skype instant message that he was transported from Balad to Baghdad and was communicating from a C-130 preparing to take off to Dubai.

Biggs said 300 in total have been evacuated from Balad and another 100 are still awaiting airlift. He said the Iraqi Air Force is trying to evacuate everyone by midnight local time.

WND previously reported Friday that private contractors who have recently returned to the U.S. from Iraq said their former colleagues effectively had been abandoned by the U.S. military and were fighting for their lives against an army of jihadists surrounding the base who belong to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS.

So, our president was unwilling to allow our Air Force to rescue 200 Americans from being overrun and having their heads cut off by jihadist maniacs, but the Iraqi Air Force had no problem taking time off in the middle of their bloody civil war to help our people.

If only a single one of the 200 rescued Americans who were abandoned to death by Obama has the courage to speak out about the outrage that was committed against him and his 199 colleagues by our president, Obama’s presidency will be in a shambles, and cries for his impeachment will deafen the heavens.

But is there a single person of courage among the 200 who will speak out?

I wouldn’t count on the pilots coming back from Dubai for another load of passengers. These poor people will be left behind.

“...and the U.S. Air Force was in a stand-down position. U.S. forces were not assisting even with air cover so a private extradition flight could land for a rescue”

Benghazi take 2...

Anyone see Obama on the golf course? I’m sure he is doing something to entertain himself.

Just last week we traded 5 taliban commanders for 1 deserter because the Commander in Chief subscribes to the long tradition of leaving no man behind. But today, we abandon 200 Americans...

But today, we abandon 200 Americans...

That's 200 additional GITMO clearing bargaining chips for Obama.

Obama has all of this bass-ackwards.

Thank God someone cared enough to get them out! I called our congressmen's offices and their staffs told me they were "monitoring" the situation but it was up to the President and they saw no reason to push him on this.

Fist comes Benghazi, where we leave Americans to die, then we trade 5 prisoners for a deserter because "we don't leave Americans behind," and now we leave 200 more Americans behind. Did I get that right?

Unbelievable. Our own people who are being threatened, get evacuated by Iraqi’s to Baghdad, which is a city under siege whose defense is being run by an Iranian General and 500 Iranian Quds forces. These are US citizens left behind by Obama. Great that someone helped them, but wondering why Obama left them to die and you have to wonder what the Iranians will do to them in Baghdad.

This looks it’s going to be another boring weekend for Susan Rice, having to schlep herself around the Sunday talk show circuit again, this time to lie that Obama had no knowledge that there was an Iraqi civil war going on, that he thought the word Isis was the name of a frozen dessert, and that leaving 200 Americans to die in Iraq was Chuck Hagel’s decision.

Since Chuck Hagel was thrown under the bus just a few days ago when he was blamed for releasing the five jihadi terrorists from Guantanamo, he’ll have to be dragged out from under the vehicle so he can be thrown back again after he’s been given the Susan Rice treatment on Sunday.

I’m waiting for the true conservatives in congress to reach that “THAT’S IT!” point

Either they are big COWARDS and SCARED to DEATH of this administration or they have been so blinded by propaganda they think it will" all get better soon"...

GOD HELP US!!!! WE are GOING UNDER!!!

A breaking point assumes that there is any meaningful disagreement with the course of events.Unfortunately there isn’t. The gop wing of the uniparty is just fine with how things are developing.

They’re complicit.
