It was the natural positions of the politician to try to be more hard line and the ‘Great American’. Instead of realizing the limitations of force and power from the beginning.
But, but...Obama likes these people. And he likes the Iranians, too. From his point of view - bummer that these people can’t get along. Too bad he had to have Bin Laden offed, but political exigencies, election coming up - well, you know.
Obama knows who his enemies are - the anti-abortion, anti-gay marriage, religious Christian folks - yeah those guys. Gotta get the FBI after them.

Why do you say that? They don’t seem particularly good at their jobs to me.
They couldn’t even stop 2 “youths” from committing mayhem at the Boston Marathon, even after the Russians WARNED us about those 2 losers. We were paying welfare to them and their bitch of a mother! They were on the dole, on the list, readily indentifiable, the Ruskies warned us about them and.....nothing.
And then the FBI just shot that friend of their’s in cold blood, which we’ll never know the truth about that.
So no, they are not good. In fact, they are dreadful.
Pains me to say it, but I remember thinking that Bin Laden won the day after the Boston Marathon bombing, when tanks were rolling down residential streets and armed officers were “asking” citizens out of their homes at gunpoint.
He won the MOMENT we passed the Patriot Act. Anything after that doesn’t much matter. It’s just part of the defeat for us.
The first mistake we made was when we framed our actions post 9-11 in defensive (Afghanistan) and altruistic (Iraq) terms, instead of unabashed punitive and retaliatory ones. This turned out to be a minor mistake because the persecution complex that Islamists possess, caused them to see everything as punitive and retaliatory anyway, especially when, unlike during the Clinton presidency, we were willing to put boots on the ground and shed blood. I think this cowered them a bit. Until.........
....the second mistake was made-electing a Democrat. Liberals are afraid of our enemies, and don’t understand that respect can only be achieved by making them fear us. Obama has squandered all the respect that was gained by our willingness to shed blood to punish our enemies. He believes, as all liberals do, that showing we are harmless will protect us, when it only emboldens them further.
It means Osama Bin Laden won - or that Obama threw the game. I'm going with Obama threw the game...

The March to Baghdad by ISIL was known to the Kurds for a year. They have been warning Baghdad about it for a year. So Obama decided to let it occur. Plain and simple.
Osama won the day the W0n took office. Guilt ridden libtards will finish off America if the Muslims don’t finish them first.

I don't know what was thrown into the ocean, but without the pics, I have no compelling reasons to believe that was bin Laden's body.
When the obama/biden clown show promises something, look for the opposite to appear.
In 2012 they promised that Osama was dead and GM alive. Now it would appear that GM is beginning its death throes and, whaddya know - Osama is reappearing in the person of Al-Badhdadi.
No doubt that data is suppressed at various levels for political/personal agendas. The military climate is such that one fears telling the truth because it is inconvenient to one's "superiors".
Then, there's the plain old head-in-the-sand trick where those who are supposed to use/act on the data simply stick their fingers in their ears and loudly chant "LA LA LA LA LA" as they ignore data that makes them look bad - as if adding crap to one's resume doesn't make it stink even worse.
