We must stop the giant social media site Facebook from continuing to carry this brutal attack on the Virgin Mary:
Yes, it’s hard to believe, but the page has a top banner headlined with the blasphemous message…
“Virgin Mary Should’ve Aborted.”
That blasphemy is bad enough, but…
…it is matched in blasphemous messaging by an image of Our Lord Jesus Christ as a fetus:
complete with umbilical cord (as if still in the womb, hence He should’ve been aborted) with a bloody crown of thorns with His five bleeding Sacred Wounds of the Crucifixion and with the word ‘YAHWE’ tattooed onto His arm; evidently to make sure people understand exactly of Whom they are referring: the Son of God and His most holy mother.
On top of that, Our Lady is pictured…
… with a cigar hanging out of her mouth.
And last but not least…
…a smaller picture on the left shows a traditionally veiled “Mary,” nine months pregnant, with her robe pulled up over her most holy womb, swearing with a four-letter word as she looks with implied anger, irritation, and revolt at her pregnant belly.
My friend, how can we just ignore this? We can’t!
Godless, impure, sexual, and mocking language, comments, and opinions are made throughout the entire page especially directed against Our Lady’s ever-virginity.
So we must defend Mary’s honor.

If tens of thousands of Catholics pray and speak up, we hope and pray Facebook will enforce its hate-speech policy and remove this blasphemous page.
We’ve been successful in getting YouTube to remove many blasphemous videos in the past!
Remember: The Facebook Policies/Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, Category 3 (Safety), item 7, says:
“You will not post content that is hate speech…”
And Facebook clarifies what they consider to be Hate Speech on their Community Standards page:
“Facebook distinguishes between serious and humorous speech…we do not permit individuals or groups to attack others based on their…religion…”
And yet, here is an entire page devoted to blaspheming and mocking Our Lady’s holy and divine pregnancy.
And with the evident intent to demean and insult the faith of Catholics.
Isn’t that "hate speech"?

The God haters who put up the page just want attention and it looks to me like they are gleeful that they just hit a whole lot of Catholics’ hot buttons.
You don’t tug on Superman’s cape, you don’t spit into the wind, you don’t pull the mask off the old Lone Ranger... and you don’t mess around with Jesus. They’re going to reap their own rebuke. Though maybe they will still be saved. I don’t see the point in Christians losing their cool over this. Praying, yes.
Narses, the link goes to a site asking people to sign a petition. Do you have a link which goes to the referenced hideous Facebook page? If not, your title “FReep the FaceBook page” probably should be changed.

Do you think you are going to make a mockery of my faith by posting every the left hates about faith, trust, and forgiveness?
I care about my view of Mary and Jesus, not their deranged opinions. I'm certainly not going to change their minds or bring them to a realisation of the truth by censoring them. Conversely, this kind of thing is unlikely to affect non-believers in a negative way because all but the utterly immature and foolish can see how childish the whole thing is.

Truly there is a fountain of filth from the left. It looks like THIS one was especially crafted to incense Catholics.
Nonetheless, God is real and Jesus is real. I was about the most skeptical skeptic on the face of this earth until God proved it to me. They can take care of the situation. What we CAN do is pray that these blaspheming people learn... not the anger of Catholics... but the anger of God.
Yes, they are losing their cool, and in their just-started hunt of monsters, they may indeed become monsters, too.
I certainly don’t like the idea/page of Jesus aborted, and no Christian would, but the assault by the spirit of Antichristwill be Jesus Himself - the real target here. Jesus said the spirit of Antichrist as well as the person of Antichrist will go after all that the Son is for before Jesus Christ returns. Antichrist’s goal is to go against Jesus Christ and His teachings, not Mary.

Clarification: there is a reason why Jesus,, Paul and the Apostle John reference the Antichrist as a person, and speak also of the spirit or attitude of antichrist that will be quite pernicious in the last days before He returns.
Notice it is the Antichrist spoken of in the Bible, and not the Antimary.....
Besides the idea is as ludicrous as the prophets of Baal thinking they could prevail (hey I’m a poet and don’t know it). If God is with us who can be against us. They are not going to be able to stop Christ. What we CAN do, and it does not matter what the shingle outside the church door says, it goes for all, is to clothe ourselves in Christ. Let Him be our strength, our energy. He is bent on saving what is possible to save. The fury of Satan? Christ laughs at it. The devil was whipped when Jesus was flogged.
