Attorney General Eric Holders Justice Department gave bad advice to President Obama and the Pentagon in the controversial Bergdahl prisoner trade that the president could ignore federal law requiring prior notification to Congress. This is just the latest example of how Holder helps the administration ignore the rule of law and crafts his legal opinions based on the desired political outcome, not the actual state of the law.
Under Eric Holder, the Justice Department has stood the old Ronald Reagan maxim trust but verify on its head and adopted a trust and we wont let you verify approach to its activities.
Even Jill Abramson, the former executive editor of the New York Times, has said that the Obama administration has moved beyond protecting government secrets to threatening fundamental freedoms of the press to gather news.

Holder ALWAYS lets murderers and bombers go.
Did so with the CLintons, too.
Holder has destroyed Law in the USA and has
permitted ongoing BOW violence in 50 (not 57) states.
The EXEMPT Congress is, of course, COMPLICIT.
“He added that when it came to race, he and Obama share a worldview.”
“It requires someone who understands that while the attorney general is a political appointee, he (or she) has a sworn duty to uphold the Constitution and enforce the law in an objective, nonpolitical manner.”
Just Bing “justice department refuses to prosecute”.
As witnessed by the destruction of Lois Lerner’s incriminating emails, this administration is far more corrupt than Nixon’s was. Obama and Holder can break the law with no repercussions in the Democrat-run media, so they do what they want by executive order. Who is to stop them? Certainly not the Congress or courts.
Please make your pix post go viral on fb, etc. It’s chilling.
Holder is Obama’s Himmler, he’s just still wearing
velvet gloves as yet.
We are no longer a nation run by the rule of law, we are now an oligarchy, a nation run by the rich and powerful, for the rich and powerful, and by those subservient to the rich and powerful.
And nothing will change any time soon.
We may as well disband congress. That branch of government is totally useless.
Nixon doesn’t even register on Obama’s corruption scale.
It is an article of faith in those minority communities that all US laws, our rules and regs, our traditions, morals and mores were fashioned by evil, white men specifically to subjugate minorities and deprive them of the same opportunities white Americans were given.
When Oprah shocked us----saying white people must die to eradicate inequality, she underlines that belief. Caribbean singer Harry Belafonte also urged Obama to kill white people.
Somewhere in this great country of ours is a prison cell waiting for Eric Holder.
He can share a cell with Obama.
The swap was at root, war nullification, passifist vindictiveness
Recall, he also let Marc Rich go. That act alone belies Hillary’s “we were broke” statement.
We will never know how much of the IMF money filtering from Russia back to Switzerland passed through Rich’s hands into Clinton off shore corporations
. . . the attorney general is a political appointee, he (or she) has a sworn duty to uphold the Constitution and enforce the law in an objective, nonpolitical manner.
It's the Department of Just Us and Our People now! The government is in the hands of the people!
"Power to the people!" "Bring it all down, man!"
Eric Holders Radical Past Involved Armed Takeover of ROTC Building
October 02, 2012 by Justin Credible
Attorney General Eric Holder has always been known as an incompetent liberal ideologue thats pushing a radical agenda at the Department of Justice (DOJ). Most of his pursuits at the DOJ have been of an activist nature, such as not charging the New Black Panther Party with voter intimidation and suing states that try to limit voter fraud. New evidence has been discovered that reveals Holder participated in an armed takeover of a former Columbia University ROTC office.
Eric Holder is a radical. He and his former law firm has defended terrorists; his primary objective is to be a liberal activist, while punishing those who are against him. The DOJ has been polluted under his tenure. But it doesnt stop there.
The Daily Caller dug up some frightening information about Holders past as a black radical in college. Its clear that he had a similar experience to Barack Obama, growing up with disdain for America.
As a freshman at Columbia University in 1970, future Attorney General Eric Holder participated in a five-day occupation of an abandoned Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) headquarters with a group of black students later described by the universitys Black Students Organization as armed, The Daily Caller has learned.
His wife told him it was ok.
Actually this is very wrong and incorrect. Holder knows what the law is. He did not give bad advice.
What Holder gave is active participation and support of a criminal conspiracy in relationship to:
1. The Bergdahl prisoner trade
2. The illegal use of the IRS by the executive branch to harras and intimidate conservative groups.
4. Fast and Furious gun running to Mexcio by the ATF and FBI.
5. The refusal to indite and prosecute the numerous illegal acts by the Executive relative to arbitrary changes in the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare.
6. Rosengate: The Justice Department suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails.
7. Sebelius demands payment: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for ObamaCare.
Eric Holder is a knowlegable and experience lawyer. He knows and understands the law. Eric Holder is a corrupt man and does not care what the law is. Eric Holder is part of a criminal conspiracy with the President and executive branch.
HE IS A CRIMINAL!
Serfs and slaves deserve no better than the masters allow them.
