Actually this is very wrong and incorrect. Holder knows what the law is. He did not give bad advice.
What Holder gave is active participation and support of a criminal conspiracy in relationship to:
1. The Bergdahl prisoner trade
2. The illegal use of the IRS by the executive branch to harras and intimidate conservative groups.
3. Benghazi.
4. Fast and Furious gun running to Mexcio by the ATF and FBI.
5. The refusal to indite and prosecute the numerous illegal acts by the Executive relative to arbitrary changes in the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare.
6. Rosengate: The Justice Department suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails.
7. Sebelius demands payment: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for ObamaCare.
Eric Holder is a knowlegable and experience lawyer. He knows and understands the law. Eric Holder is a corrupt man and does not care what the law is. Eric Holder is part of a criminal conspiracy with the President and executive branch.
HE IS A CRIMINAL!
