IMO, churches in America will not be forced by law to perform such ceremonies.
However, it is quite possible that an attempt will be made to remove tax-exempt status from those churches promoting hate.
I don't see that happening to the churches of Farrakhan and Wright.
Just to Christian churches that are deemed "intolerant" by the Coexist Bumpersticker Crowd.
