Well golly gee, John, maybe if your colleague Kay Baily Hutchison hadn’t put forth that provision to defund the Secure Fence Act, we wouldn’t have this problem. And ALL the good go-along types like you voted for it.

Why don’t you use those dollars to secure our own border? Why don’t you let the border patrol do the job they are supposed to do??

I have an idea! How about we close the southern border and buy lots of bus tickets to Ciudad Juarez? I’ll spring for the first 5 bus tickets.

Sure, you know the the Mexican government wants to stop all those poor people from leaving. They want to keep them in Mexico so they can support them, right?

So we can’t afford to secure our border but we can afford to secure someone else’s?

Since Obama refuses, Congress should withhold those massive funds sent to Mexico under a number of programs each year until the Mexicans seal the border on their side.

Lets send Mexico some more guns too!

That way we can find out who the bad guys are...

Genius solutions. It’s why those in government get those big bucks and lottery style tax paid retirement pensions.

So, Senator John Cornyn (R-TX), you're going to pay Mexico to do the border patrol job the U.S. is paying Americans to do, but refuses to enforce those same laws? Have you lost your mind? Oh, wait.

Incredibly stupid. The wall would never be built or there would be so many hidden passages It could never be secured.
