Also, one must not ever forget she is still a rabid ideologue, and that her caution to the GOP about the Tea Party faction is to keep them embroiled in infighting as Democrats sweep over them. I wouldn’t trust anything she says, myself.

TEa Party had nothing to do with Cantor’s win, dumb @ss. It was conservatives in general voicing their dissatisfaction. Wake up people.

That wasn’t TEA party votes, it was Americans tired of too much debt, too much federal government, and too often leaders breaking or ignoring the law without consequences [FastnFurious, IRS, Benghazi, VA, borders, etc etc.]
The Brat guy ran on simple, straightforward republican platform with a sprinkle of libertarianism. Perfect IMO.

I heard a woman on Rush, I think, who said she was an ardent Cantor follower, but she attended a fundraiser for Brat, and met the man face to face. She was absolutely taken by him, and immediately recognized how his message resonated with her. Still, she felt loyal to Cantor until Cantor’s camp started bashing the integrity and personal life of Brat. It made her very very mad.
Cantor had millions of dollars and used it to bash the other guy. Turned a lot of people off.
Canter ignored his constituents which is why he lost....having a fundraiser in Washington DC with fat cats on election day......he was totally out of touch.
Democratic Strategist? does anyone actually believe we have Democratic Strategists? or should they all be renamed “Paid Liers”, well more like Incoherent Monkeys.
And she is a DemocRAT, not a DemocRATic strategist.
