Heck with useless petitions. The feds are bus loading these illegals to one state after another.
We should bus load as many as we can and drop them off in front of the White House.
I’d be willing to bet the Texas Rangers have a plan.
EACH STATE MUST USE THEIR STATES NATIONAL GUARD TO CLOSE AND SEAL THE US SOUTHERN BORDER !
Texas needs to force this issue. The U.S. Constitution REQUIRES the individual states to be defended from foreign invasion.
If the Federals abdicate their duties, then Texas is entitled to assert its sovereign duty to prevent this incursion.
If Obama tries to stop it, then he will be clearly exposed as being complicit in this.
This is good. But you are about to see just how ‘conservative’ Rick really is when he fights you all the way down the line.
So pay attention to the ‘between the lines folks. While he makes right wing noises, look at the roadblocks he throws up and how he tries to ensure nothing actually happens.
He won’t prove me wrong. If he miraculously does I’ll admit it.
Bus them to DC and let them get off in front of the White House.
Because of this administration and my idiot neighbors I'm about ready to roll up my front walkway, lock my door and go to bed for the rest of my life.
They are playing our song Ping
Is Perry for TEXAS, or for lawless Obamanation?
Good for these Texans, it looks like they’ve had it with 0bama’s ignoring the rule of law.
They're flying them into military bases and major airports like Hanscom AFB and Logan.
"Meanwhile, a law-enforcement source in Texas tells me this week that countless illegal aliens are being released into the general public despite testing positive for tuberculosis. The feds are putting them on public transportation to God knows where, he said."
I have lost a lot of faith in all the once shall we say ‘heroic’ agencies we believed would do the right things when needed.
When the chips were down, they turned their backs on us all.
The Texas Constitution lists three reasons for the Governor to call forth the militia
> to execute the laws of the State
> to suppress insurrections
> to repel invasions
There is an invasion.
The Texas statutes define the militia as:
> the state military forces
> and the reserve militia
State military forces means:
> the Texas National Guard
> the Texas State Guard
> and any other active militia or military force organized under state law
Reserve militia means:
> the persons liable to serve, but not serving, in the state military forces.
It is clear that the necessary conditions have been met and that Governor Perry can call forth a large number of persons to repel the invasion.
Tex. Gov. Code
Sec. 431.071. MILITARY DUTY. (a) The reserve militia is not subject to active military duty, except that the governor may call into service the portion of the reserve militia needed for the period required in case of war, insurrection, invasion or prevention of invasion, suppression of riot, tumult, or breach of peace or to aid civil officers to execute law or serve process.
Sec. 431.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) Reserve militia means the persons liable to serve, but not serving, in the state military forces.
(1-a) Servicemember has the meaning assigned by Section 161.551, Health and Safety Code.
(2) State militia means the state military forces and the reserve militia.
(3) State military forces means the Texas National Guard, the Texas State Guard, and any other active militia or military force organized under state law.
(4) Texas National Guard means the Texas Army National Guard and the Texas Air National Guard.
Tex. Const. art. 4, § 7
COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF MILITARY FORCES; CALLING FORTH MILITIA. He shall be Commander-in-Chief of the military forces of the State, except when they are called into actual service of the United States. He shall have power to call forth the militia to execute the laws of the State, to suppress insurrections, and to repel invasions.
WHY can’t he use the National Guard? Serious question, I would like to get a serious answer. Is there some Federal law that prevents it or just lack of guts?
Amen! Perry is a fraud.
