It wouldn't surprise me at all if O’jerkoff planned for these weapons to fall into the hands of the terrorist he has been arming all along. The invasion of Iraq gave him the cover needed to get heavy weapons to his terrorist buddies.

No, I mean repairs, inspections, etc.
Those aren't diesels, they're gas turbines, and the tank electronics, too, are way advanced for 8th-century yahoos.
Ask anyone who has dealt with middle-easterners and advanced technology. Not that they're inherently stupid, (although they may be) they are just lazy as all get-out.
That's why most of the aircraft and weapons systems engineering and maintenance work is done by ex-pats (Brits and Yanks).
