Keane, who advised commanders in Iraq and helped devise the 2007 troop surge, remembers how the U.S. achieved victory by working hand in hand with Iraq’s military to conduct pinpoint strikes. VICTORY? What Victory? We had troops die because they were not allowed to engage the enemy at various times in various situations. We never defeated the people of the Country enough to set terms, they kicked us out!!!! No sir there was no victory there. This Nations leaders do not even know what Victory is anymore!
