I oppose all bonuses! Well, maybe a small Christmas bonus.
Give them their money in their paychecks each pay period. As we have seen, bonuses are not incentives to do a better job. Many who get bonuses deserve to be FIRED not receive a bonus.
It’s a way to reward patronage or otherwise disguise income.
We see people getting bonuses for something they had nothing to do with. CEOs of failing companies getting HUGH bonuses.
Enough already, send the bonus practice to the scrapheap of history. Send tipping there at the same time.
