Do criminal charges against these people all have to be run through Holder’s DOJ??

Good question.

I think there is a way around it. But would be difficult.

Can’t the House and Senate impose charges?

Those selective computer crashes are the worst kind.

Oh, but don't cha know, wink wink, emails go missing all the time.

Unfortunately Republicans have no desire to actually DO anything but make a lot of noise over this impeachable offense.

It’s not like anybody is going to be held accountable for it. (Not if people in the media want to keep those cushy jobs, anyway.)

They're sure purchasing some cheap hard drives in DC, aren't they?

Freeze IRS funding, now. They don't need the DOJ for that.

They’re blatantly covering up their corruption and daring anyone to do anything about it.

This is beyond infuriating. They are all criminals.

Republicans need to do something now.

We lowly commoners need to get tough. No campaign funds to republicans until they get some balls and do what the heck they are supposed to do.

Why even vote for them if it makes no difference if there are democrats or republicans in office.

I think it’s time, I think people are fed up. Demand these people be arrested and tried. Tried by actual Americans, not some liberal judge. Put them all on public tribunals. Take back the justice system, take back the government.

Basically.

Nothing!

Niether house or together than they impose charges. Only a special prosecutor could bring criminal charges. And of course we know that is not going to happen under the tan ones blood brother at Justice.

Meanwhile, the sot of the house does nothing. Don’t expect Reid to say a word and neither will any of the chairs in the Senate going to say a word either....it just happens these things.

Time for a new government.

Our “collective citizen computer” ought to “crash” and run them ALL out of DC because we can’t remember that they work for the government and, therefore, should not be collecting a paycheck and trying to boss “we the people” around. . . . I certainly do not recall us giving our “consent” for these Commie kleptomaniacs to be doing what they are doing.

Republicans need to do something now.

Marcia Blackburn was just on Fox Radio. She was asked what the Republicans are going to do. Hearings, demands, outrage...a non-answer.

Tut-tutting and tsk-tsking will get no results. They have constitutional powers that they must assert. Appoint a special prosecutor. Put Lois Lerner in jail (wasn't she subpoenaed back to testify?). Cut off the agency's funding until the emails are brought forward.

But they won't. They have squandered their constitutional power and reduced themselves to a ceremonial branch.

Actually, a very interesting point since we know the GOPe hates the Tea Party as much - if not worse - than the rats.

“e-mails” don’t go missing. They get purposely deleted from the production system, from the onsite backups and from the offsite backups (which would mean bringing the media back ONSITE to destroy evidence). This is not just six more people, this is scrubbing systems which actually takes a lot to do. Flagrant corruption and now flagrant cover-ups. “We” don’t have a government anymore, we are slaves who are garnished by DC and if one of us finds a way around the system we will most likely get our door kicked in.
