If he thinks any of those suggestions hold appeal to the Left, and are thus bipartisan, he’s delusional.
They are good suggestions and perfectly rational, but the Left isn’t capable of rational.

The unemployment rate for legal Hispanics is high. The lowlife companies that want illegals here want them BECAUSE THEY'RE ILLEGAL. Some of these companies pay these people four dollars an hours... it's 'slavery lite'. When they become legal they dump 'em for a new batch of frightened workers willing to work cheap. It's disgusting.
