It’s just so confusing. Do you feed your kids bologna sandwiches or pieces of wet cardboard? Can you give them PlayDoh on a dead mackerel?
Modern grads of Ivy League colleges don’t have the time to figure all this stuff out. That’s why there are government bureaucrats who tell schools what to feed kids so they don’t die of cardboard overdose.
And there’s Michelle Obama who spends more time obsessed with what your kids eat than most major food conglomerates.
In an interview with MSN.com, First Lady Michelle Obama explained she used to struggle to feed her kids right—even though she received an education from Harvard and Princeton.
“Before coming to the White House, I struggled, as a working parent with a traveling, busy husband, to figure out how to feed my kids healthy, and I didn’t get it right,” she explained, sharing a story about her children’s doctor who pulled her aside to talk about her family diet.
Also she struggled with grammar because Harvard and Princeton failed her in two ways. But these days she has a huge staff to help her figure out how to feed her kids and get them jobs working for Steven Spielberg.
“I thought to myself, if a Princeton and Harvard-educated professional woman doesn’t know how to adequately feed her kids, then what are other parents going through who don’t have access to the information I have?” she recalled.
This is what is known as excess self-esteem.
Michelle Obama is assuming that since she has a degree from Harvard and can’t figure out how to feed her kids, moms without degrees must be feeding their kids bits of dead rat on a stick.
Maybe Michelle should have considered the possibility that she should actually learn to cook, instead of a woman who couldn’t figure out how to feed her kids trying to tamper with everyone’s school lunches.
This is liberalism in a nutshell.
The First Lady recommended that schools make decisions for children because their parents struggle to feed their children well.
“It’s so important for our schools to make the hard calls for our kids, because parents are struggling enough at home,” she said.
If we assume that parents can’t even figure out how to feed their kids because they’re too busy at Harvard, we might as well just raise them in communes.
But I guess that’s coming next.

Ever notice that when that when Michelle talks about bigotry, discrimination, racism, (etc...) that she has experienced; it’s always from the point of view of a black woman. There is always the implication that only a black person can relate. But when her experience involves her ignorance in the care and feeding of her children, then it is a universal problem and Not just a Black issue.
So, her experience with discrimination is a black issue, because no one else is discriminated against. Her ignorance is universal, because if ‘she’ is ignorant; then everyone must be.
A fool raises her head in the black morass ... democrips destroyed the black family in order to make them slaves to the entitlement programs which guarantee democrip votes, so the knowledge of food selection and preparation is lost to generations. Now these fools among the black community want to tighten the enslavement by making these women even more dependent upon the federal devils. Where the family has not been destroyed by democrat ‘welfare’ programs, kids seem to thrive, becoming highly paid athletes in some case, doctors, lawyers, yes and even foolish wives of pResidents. But where the black households have become total dependetns upon fedzilla there is bred drug use, criminal lives and neglect.
Maybe the crack hoes on the south side don’t feed their kids right but the rest of America can take care of their kids just fine. Her kids probably didn’t want to eat the slop she was serving.

Just thinking....kids nowadays (at least those in the urban areas) think that food comes from free breakfasts and lunches, and what the schools put in their backpacks for the weekend. None of these kids are learning any survival skills —and neither are their parents at this point. They don’t know how to grow food, how to shop for food, how to prepare food. Food is given to you....period.... So, what happens when the “zombie apocolype” takes place? Hmmm.....
I just made my older two pasta with homemade sauce. Imagine that, I know how to grow, harvest, prepare, and preserve my own food! I have a masters degree too, although it goes without saying that my degree has nothing to do with thus particular skill set.

Both of my parents grew up on farms. My mother started cooking when she was eight. A young person can get a good practical education on a farm, something that has been missing for a lot of young people for a couple of generations.

MY mother was not educated at Harvard.... my grandmother wasn't EITHER....
Yet... they knew about nutrition and got their families through a depression. Everyone was healthy and thrived.

She’s projecting. She thinks because she’s an idiot when it comes to healthy diets and nutrition that everyone else’s level of knowledge is the same.
I would be willing to bet two things:
1. Her own mother was a terrible cook and therefore she picked up no skills there.
2. She was lazy and didn’t bother for her own kids. They probably got fast food meals picked up on the fly on the way home after work, and that’s why she got the lecture from the M.D.

Moochelle admitted that even with a Harvard degree she is too stupid to feed her own children. No wonder she has faith in some bureaucratic idiot, like herself, to feed the nation’s children.
