Obama will do very little - he wants to win in Syria and to him that means replacement of Assad - The weapons confiscated from Iraq are going to help fight the war in Syria. I don’t think he cares who replaces Assad. The kick-off for this current crisis is the USA and EU providing weapons to the opposition during the Arab Spring - As we now see (and as I said when Arab Spring was beginning) creating a vacuum in the ME is a very very bad idea.
