Are you saying that these Dems who passed Obamacare should suffer under the same health care plan that they imposed on us?

Clearly they are more valuable to this country than we are, they passed ‘Health Care reform’.
Next you will demand that they comply with subpenas to turn over documents like we have to.

People will need to stand up to evil, and to do so they will first need to call God into their pictures again.
Even with all the problems medical costs have had, there was NO reason that quality of care had to get this crappy. Except for a country and a Court that rolled over (so far) for Bummercare.
It’s already happening in countries with government healthcare.
Fine... forget them and get the ones who WILL be of help.
Very easily could happen. And just think of all the treatments that won’t be done no matter what your age is; with all of the high-deductibles now. Not too many folks have an extra $10,000 to spend every year on their medical problems. One MIGHT risk a heart attack, but they know for sure that they can’t afford a triple bypass.

Especially now that our electric bills are necessarily skyrocketing & gasoline prices are climbing again.

I take care of my Dad who has: High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Edema, drank heavily for 50+ years (finally got him off the booze at 78!), ex-smoker, is on oxygen 24/7 and is slowly losing his mental capacity. (He booked himself a $4K cruise last week; he can’t even walk to the mailbox! I took away his credit card this week; I already have his car and took over his bank accounts to get the bills paid). Also kidney stones and glaucoma. The glaucoma runs in our family; everything ELSE is related to diet and ‘lifestyle choices.’ (As in, I CHOSE to drink a fifth of Whiskey each week and to eat all the butter, bacon and dairy foods I could cram down my gullet!)
Most all of his ailments are SELF-INFLICTED and he’ll be costing you, me and the next guy hundreds of thousands of dollars for years to come via taxpayer-funded Medicare and Medicaid. Oh, and he has no money. Three divorces later...he’s tapped out! *Rolleyes*
Oh, Joy! Oh, Happiness! In cases where people bring bad health upon themselves, and even though I LIVE it every d@mn day, I’m thinking there ought to be a law against abusing yourself this way and then the REST of us picking up the tab!
It’s a fine line between MY Liberties and the next guy who stretches HIS to the limits...even if he IS your Dear Old Dad.
Just my Real Life experience. But, I could be disabled and on the dole through no fault of my own tomorrow, so what’s the answer? Pull the plug on those that ‘should have known better’ while still helping those that are ill/injured through no fault of their own? I dunno...
My dad took great care of himself & is in fantastic shape. Worked hard his whole life - saved money & researched the best Medicare Advantage plan he could find.
Just watch what’s about to happen to Medicare Advantage!
