Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s chickens are coming home to roost.
Reuters reported this story. Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s daughter Jeri Wright was convicted on all counts of laundering thousands of dollars from a state grant slated for a Chicago job training program.
She stole from the taxpayers and from the poor people who need the job training. Then she lied about it.
I guess she didn’t learn anything from her father’s great preaching on that “God Damn America” and “Jewish lawyers”. Who would have thought that his comparing Jews of Jesus’ time to “Klansmen” and describing Jesus as a racial provocateur wouldn’t mold a young girl into an upright woman?
We know that Jeremiah’s preaching for twenty years helped mold that marvelous .

Back in the early 70s, when our local community college president (who already had a great compensation package) was fencing stolen college equipment out of his garage on weekends, it was justified as “Gettin’ over on the man”.
40 years later, it’s the very same mindset that excuses this criminality as past due “back door” reparations for a legacy of slavery. Never mind all of the taxpayer funded social and education programs followed by mandated preferential hiring practices. Apparently, your race entitles you to get all you can grab. Just be careful not to get caught.
Want to see real racism? Consider those policies that lower society’s expectations of certain groups of people.
