Friday at the daily briefing, White House press secretary Josh Earnest repeatedly dismissed concerns over Internal Revenue Service claims that two years of Lois Lerner's emails are lost forever as "conspiracy theories."
"Turns out that there have been 13 months of multiple congressional investigations, including 14 congressional hearings, 30 interviews with IRS employees, 50 written congressional requests, and 750,000 pages of documents, and all of that has done nothing to substantiate false Republican claims of a broader political conspiracy," Earnest said.

Does 40,000 innocent children brought to the US/Mexico Border due to illegal promises and illegal Executive Dreamer Orders from Obama qualify Obama to be placed on the US State Departments Blacklist for Human Trafficking?
Investigations are always based on theories Dork. The issue is if they have found probable cause to investigate and charge.
They keep this crap up and i am going to seriously have to consider that they actually keep aliens at Area 51 and Area 52.....
Because they are lying about every damn thing else...
It was kind of bizarre watching the “investigation” today. The democrats were treating the IRS as victims of oppression at the hands of those dirty tea partiers and the GOP.
Truckloads of compassion for the poor suffering heroes of the IRS, none for Americans.
Well, it’s no secret that the White House is actively involved in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the people of their constitutional rights and republican form of government. Obama admits to loathing the constitution and is doing all he possibly can to ignore it and the congress and run the country as a dictator. He and his unindicted co-conspirators should be brought up on RICO charges.
these Aholes need to go back to ‘bizarro world’ where they came from.
“..6 X 8..”
You’re way too kind, my FRiend.
This bunch of petulant juveniles needs to go. Yesterday.
how many could we fit in a 6 x 8 ?
if you have a better idea, lets hear it ! :)
Everyone in this administration needs to be charged under the RICO act.
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act
“Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them, closing a perceived loophole that allowed someone who told a man to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because he did not actually commit the crime personally.”
It’s no wonder they can get away with these ridiculus charges, the IRS investigation have been since the beginning a sham.
The IRS committee never cared to get to the truth, the democrat’s just wants to CYA, and the republicans just wants the political issue...IMO!
I watched several times when this IRS committee met, and sham is an inadequate description.
The conduct of these delay & obfuscation professionals almost sinks to the level of the infamous child who threw himself on the mercy on the court because he was an orphan, having murdered his parents.
I know. Josh Earnest has hired on to wordsmith, call names, obstruct, obfuscate and cover up corruption.
In other words, a Marxist whore of the first order, and a happy liar second.
...most flak... over target
I keep asking my kid in the military to smuggle me onto one of the flights in because I desperately want to go home and sing the song of my people.
So what does that tell you? ;)
Well, if it’s a real conspiracy it isn’t a “theory.” Arrogant bastards.
Calling for truth from the most “transparent” administration ever (/sarcasm) and getting obfuscation and lies is not conspiracy or theory. It’s reality and fact.
