If not, it would be like a judge ‘coming out’ that he’s in the KKK and not recusing himself on a civil-rights case involving minorities.

This is weird. Judging from their recent decisions, I thought ALL federal “judges” were “openly gay” homosexuals regardless of their skin color.

“Openly Gay Judge” huh? So his sexuality is evident even from the bench? What does he do, wear fluroescent pink robes, fringed with silver bells and sky blue tassels? We do not need to ever be made aware of a Judge’s gender preference because supposedly, they are taking a neutral perspective. This trend may have to go to the extreme before it corrects itself. Similar to affirmative action ‘reverse prejudice ratios’ it has taken white employees suing in tort court for discrimination for organizations to become more realistic vs idealistic.
First slip up from Cruz. I think he needs grilling on this in any presidential debate. Cant honestly go after Linda for supporting Kagan and give Cruz a free pass for confirming this a-hole

This guy must be one helluva great defender of the constitution, right to life, free speech, religious freedom, right to keep and bear arms, equality under the law, right to the fruits of labor, etc. Definitely won’t be one to force a baker to bake a wedding cake for a same sex couple against his will or force a preacher to marry same sex couples against his religion. Or forcing any company to supply abortion coverage in their healthcare packages or force the taxpayers to pay for abortion against their will. He won’t trample on our rights to freely speak out against homosexualism and he won’t be trying to confiscate our guns. And of course he would not rule that abortion is a constitutional right. Nor will he allow socialist policies to unconstitutionally rob us of the fruits of our labor.
