Guatemalas president is demanding a price be paid by President Barack Obama in exchange for halting the wave of poor migrants heading to Texas, according to a local newspaper report.
President Otto Perez announced that he will use this meeting with Biden to express his concern for the Guatemalans that have been in the United States since 2011, according to the newspaper, El Periodico.
Perez wants the Guatemalans be granted residency, which is an upgrade form their current Temporary Protected Status.
Guatemalan officials have been pressing U.S. officials to protect the amnesty-like status for Guatemalans who moved to the United States following deadly mudslides in 2011, and a tropical storm and volcanic eruption in 2010.

FUB Keep your own damn people in your s***hole of a country
Express away pal.
Guatemala is “IN YO FACE, AMERICA!” and the lousy Kenyan is allowing them to get away with it. These bass turds wouldn’t have tried this crap when adult Americans were running this country.
We’re now getting pushed around by a bunch of landscape laborers? Imagine that. Go sh*t in your hat Guatemala. And take 1/3 of the town I live in back home with you in the process.
Extortion from friends of obamma
Round them up and shove them into the Guatamalan embassy at bayonet point.
How many names has this snake oil salesman got? Is it Otto Perez or Otto Perez Molina?
The South American extortion racket is in full swing.
All this needs to be turned around onto these countries. Especially Mexico. They are a disgrace.
How about telling this Mafioso what a disgrace his country is and to tend to his own backyard. The American middle class taxpayer has had it up to their eyeballs with the members of the illegal alien free sh** army.
Sounds like blackmail to me
Speaking of landscape laborers. What would happen if customers only did business with landscape companies that E-Verify?
According to the NumbersUSA E-Verify database there are no landscape companies that use it.
Under Obowma, we are the doormat to the world, I hear a Rodney Dangerfield punchline coming.
Rich Rino's landscaping bills would go up.
“Guatemalas president is demanding a price be paid “
A proper country would pay price in precision munitions.
Bomb their capital city and air drop their invaders back on their soil. Repeat until they get the message.
IF we had an American president, the money transfers would stop, the embassy would be closed, and the deportations would begin in earnest.
but, we have a democrat.
I think we should agree not to bomb the s**t out of their capital if they stop encouraging their citizens to invade the USA. How ‘bout that?
I know, pipe dream, whatever.
Guatemalas president is demanding a price be paid by President Barack Obama in exchange for halting the wave of poor migrants heading to Texas...
If we had anyone in the Obama Regime with a lick of common sense, they would tell the Gua. Prez to stuff it!
The US should not even be listening to extortion attempts! The Gua. Prez should be told that ALL of his country’s illegals in the US are being returned as quickly as they can be rounded up.
However, I saw reports Friday that said the US is going to be “giving” nearly $500 million taxpayers’ dollars to those Central American countries that are flooding our border.
Round them up and shove them into the Guatamalan embassy ...
What a great idea!
All of these illegals should be bused to their nearest embassies or consulates in the US and dumped. ....Let their own countries care for them and provide transportation back home!
Guatemala, saying we demand you take care of the people of whom we refuse to help... They will be running on the weather excuse for decades..Why are they not rebuilding the damage and asking the world to help them, instead dumping all their unwanted citizens here? With every storm there, will the new answer be oh send them U.S. ?
