The date has been set - in stone. Circuit Court Judge Margaret Noe has ordered Matthew Hindes to appear in court on Monday, or risk losing full custody of his daughter.
There's one problem -- a big one: Matthew Hindes is a Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy, and is currently stationed on a submarine deployed in the Pacific Ocean!
Yes, the judge is out of her mind, but it is worse than that. Hindes has had full custody of his daughter since 2010. He received full parental rights when his daughter was taken from his ex-wife by Child Protective Services.
Right now his daughter is with his 2nd wife, Benita-Lynn - her step-mom while her dad’s away. In nearly all cases, Hindes would be protected by the Service Members Civil Relief Act which provides safeguards for active duty military members in civil judicial proceedings.

This case has been underway since August. There’ve been a number of hearings, and the judge has ruled that the child’s birth mother is entitled to take temporary custody of the child, at least until the person the court placed the child with can once again assume possession. The kid was supposed to be brought to court Friday, but wasn’t.
I notice this Democrat fiend “Judge”Noe was elected on the same day as that other fiend Barack Obama, 11/04/2008. What an infamous day!

The kid was with the stepmom in Washington state. She was to bring the kid to Michigan on Friday for an evaluation program to reintroduce her to her birth mom, with the ruling on temporary custody to be made Monday.
ok, that piece of info makes the story a bit different.. they were in the middle of things, not after it was all sorted out.
Did the stepmom know she had to take the kid to Michigan?

sure,these judges,the court appointees and the disciplinary councils of the state bar are all spokes on the same wheel.
our verified grievances are dismissed,so you either resubmit with additional info and get the same examiners or appeal and get a new crew and it gets dismissed again. case closed.
Some extremely strong and brave people are filing indictments and getting them to the grand juries as they can prove this corruption and how these attys boards and councils are not protecting the public.
I’ve had enough of it for now and will pick it up again as i still have 15 months before my deadline.
I would like to find a class action looking for victims of these kangaroo courts and the bar association protecting THEM.
