I bet there are some GOP elite that are in a tizzy over the fact that a company tweeted in 2009 they were backing up IRS servers.

How are they going to get out of it now..because I have no doubt there were some GOP ELITE that were complicit.

Just can’t beliueve there isn’t one, single, solitary moral and ethical individual willing to bring evidence forward against this vile, destructive POS. Really is unbelievable.

I didnt dig it up. I found it retweeted on Twitter.

Let me say this, it is heard to search for things on Twitter from years ago unless you use Google or the poster hasnt posted much. The search engine on Twitter is not that great.

It would be interesting to find out who initially found it and how they did it. I haven’t looked to see if Sonasoft has that many tweets.

I went to Sonasoft to see how many tweets would load.

Twitter loaded up back to April 2010.

so it had to be found via a search engine somewhere..or...someone made sure the info got out there

Well now, if the POTUS was a Repub, the "news" media would have been all over this little nugget and we'd be hearing about it on a daily basis, complete with Powerpoint-type diagrams showing how the IRS emails are backed-up and stored.

Too bad the "news" media are too far up obammy's butt they can't even see daylight, much less the truth.

From his Wikipedia page:
“After many lucrative offers made by 20th Century Fox, Koskinen agreed to become the official “Mr. Burns” impersonator/look-a-like for all “The Simpsons” related media events.”

Looking at the revision history it appears someone is just making a joke on Wikipedia about Mr Burns.

Let’s see how long it stays up.

I am looking for into on off site storage of the legally required data backups

System/Application Backups

All FISMA-reportable systems and applications and non-applications (as defined by FISMA) shall be backed up in a restorable format on a regular basis, encrypted, and stored offsite. [Emphasis added]

Frequency and type of backups shall be defined in the Operations/Customer SLA and documented in applicable SA&A documents.

Why does this matter, you ask? It’s very simple. FISMA governs the retention and storage of government data, specifically including email and all other electronic correspondence.

It is a cover up. It’s obstruction of justice. It’s enough to send them all to jail.

“It is a cover up. It’s obstruction of justice. It’s enough to send them all to jail.”

ONLY if the Mainstream media decides to make an issue of it, which they are not. Can you just IMAGINE the 24/7 special coverage had a Republican done this??

Too many in the media are in fear of their jobs if they make the Messiah look bad. The numerous examples of those who tried already litter the landscape.

And yet, NO ONE dares to call it what it is, FASCISM...

It’s a real shame that congress won’t do the right thing unless the media spotlight is on them. It shouldn’t be like that.

I have a simple question, if the irs back ups are destroyed after 6 months and lerner produced thousands of emails, how did they get her email from july 2011-i know she got a new hard drive after the crash but would not those emails from 2011 after the crash also be unrecoverable? I don’t believe a high ranking exec would be allowed to keep or delete her own emails..if so that is criminal negligence imo.

There is a FED law about email retention. She cannot have “lost them in a HD crash”. JAIL TIME FOR THE ENTIRE GANG.
