There are too many laws already.

They should do the same to elected officials and
any one running for office.

I’d be OK with all (I AM LOOKING AT YOU HUSSEIN) elected officials being required to pee in a cup once a month.

Doctors with addictions to hard drugs are too common. And if they’re caught in one state, they simply move to another and get licensed again.

How about drug testing all welfare recipients?

After all, it's our money they are spending.

So.....it wasn’t the drugged up nannie’s fault, it was the doctor’s fault, and was he/she on drugs too?

The connection seems a tad tenuous to me.

Chris Lehane is perhaps the sleaziest democrat operative in American history. I have hated that slimey little weasel for more than two decades, and I would look with great suspicion on anything associated with him.

There is an argument to raising the cap. It's been stuck at $250,000 since Gov. Jerry Brown signed it into law 38 years ago.

An old law doesn't mean it is a bad law.

Someone who has written in support of pot complaining about testing doctors is crazy. If you legalize drugs you should make testing in some occupations MANDATORY but libertardian pot-heads will oppose that too.
