MARK LEVIN: DEMOCRAT RESPONSE TO HOUSE IRS EMAIL INQUIRY A 'COVER-UP,' 'CRIMINAL CORRUPTION'
Breitbart ^ | 6-24-14

Posted on 06/24/2014 4:24:57 AM PDT by kingattax

On his Monday radio show, conservative talk show Mark Levin reacted to how congressional Democrats in a House Oversight Hearing had conducted themselves earlier over the committee’s inquiry into missing emails related to an investigation of former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner.

Levin said it was clear to him the response from congressional Democrats was orchestrated in advance in tandem with the highest level of the Obama White House to obstruct the inquiry into the Internal Revenue Service missing emails congressional hearing.

“So let me be very blunt about it – the Democratic Party now is conducting itself as the mob,” Levin said. “The Democratic Party is in a full-scale cover-up on this scandal – even more than Benghazi, on the IRS scandal.

The Democratic Party is in full cover-up mode, whether it’s the in-Justice Department and that fraud Eric Holder, whether it’s the Internal Revenue Service and the frauds running that operation, whether it’s the frauds in and around the White House, whether it’s the frauds in Congress – that’s right.”

So out of the blue, let’s just refer to MR and see how many get that one? Why not just say Mark?

The best nugget from last night was that the IRS had all of Lerner’s data on tape. But that it was “too complicated” to retrieve it. So instead of spending a few hours retrieving from tape, even calling in the backup vendor’s experts for a day (if the IRS IT boobs can’t do it), they then supposedly spend millions of dollars in man hours and two plus years trying to piece meal it back together. Right! That makes perfect sense.

Better check history. God has blessed many nations, and shown much grace to them when they first abandon Him.

But there is a dust bin of those who, after repeated opportunities for repentance, continue to reject Him.

He eventually takes His grace elsewhere, and then that nation is history.

If He left Jerusalem to be destroyed by the Romans, where does that leave us? He is patient with sinners, but not infinitely so.......look at the history of Israel in scripture.....

To assume His continued blessing and national salvation is as presumptuous as those who live off of the entitlements of our government......

I think it is worse than that. The rat party makes the Mob look like day care workers. The Mob can only salivate with envy, dreaming they could get away with only half what the dirt bags in the rat party get away with.

Might as well call Ghost Busters.

Issa is doing the Slow Boat to China thing and turned this rime into a mere comedy of errors.

Lost my emails, only to external communications....Oooops.

6 other critical employees suffered the same kinduh, near tragedy. ..Oooops

The company who was providing mission critical support and responsible for enterprise continuity and disaster recovery was removed from this portion of IRS....Oooops

All.... Every single drive that operated in parity to ensure continuous record, in the event of catastrophic failure were removed and written over, using De-Mil DOD 5520 22-M, Gutmann or Schneier method, effectively renders forensics a useless waste of time, as does literal destruction by shredding disks and incineration.

And if you have time to do it twice and drop enough ISO files on the drives to further erase. ...well, yer bitchin and safe.

But, you would absolutely need to get every drive.

A. I don’t think that’s possible and lack of probability ensures such.

B. Sum on gonna talk ventually

C. There are still brown streaks all over the Internet and Intranet that can be traced.

it’s sort of like killing moles. You can pour kerosene in the holes “you” can find but, there are holes you don’t know about, the tunnels and pockets of safety still exist and the lil fellers will still be there.

You only got a few.

Or it’s like killing cockroaches. You missed their cousins.

Still, if one knows who was emailed, cc’d and blind copied, you can supenae those and trace headers, source and routing to uncover Hansel and Greta like trails, which would be impossible to bury.

There is no will to to serve steak. They only want to entice you with BBQ smoke....

Koskinen looks like he’a about 65 years old. That means he is likely to live about another ten years, about as long as your typical hard drive.

One of the Congressmen should ask him if he went to a high school reunion and was standing around with ten other 65-year-old men and six of them suddenly dropped dead, if he would consider that evidence of criminal activity.

You should be careful about assuming. Acronyms are about as important to me as nicknames.

they then supposedly spend millions of dollars in man hours and two plus years trying to piece meal it back together.

Careful here. Keep time frame clear. The "crash" and / or "crashes" were in 2011. The "recovery effort" is more recent.

Two things: The improbability of multiple hard drive crashes involving multiple persons of interest.

And

How "convenient" that they did NOT even attempt to restore lost data from the tape backups when they had it.

We are getting into some astronomical numbers as far a probability now.

The rep from KY mentioned probability, but what he did not take into account is how old Lerner’s hard drive was when it failed. It most likely did not fail 11 days after it was installed. The IRS has no interest whatsoever in producing anything that would tie them to the White House. Internal efforts toward that end are a joke. Way past time for a special prosecutor.

Unfortunately, the Republicans aren’t much better....content for their little slice of the pie.

When there are impeachments, denial of funding, maybe we will get somewhere...

Ummm, you do know we're starting to win against democrats... right?

Dems can't even find something to run on for mid-terms - they're floundering. Yes, dems have been powerful... because it's easier to have cool things to say when you're lying. Problem for dems is people are catching on to their empty promises. There was even talk among a black organization in Chicago that they should join the Tea Party movement.

Don't be fooled by the glibness of a con artist... dems aren't winning on merit - they've been winning on lies. And that's ending.

Our ‘Rats make the Mafia, the Yakuza and other criminal organizations look unorganized.

The law of “omerta” is practiced much more faithfully by our current regime than the Mafia does.

How else does Lois Lerner get promoted ?
