WASHINGTON (AP) -- Days after House Republicans overhauled much of their leadership team, House Speaker John Boehner said Tuesday that he's "all in" to remain as speaker in the new Congress that will meet next year.
The Ohio Republican's remarks came after months of questions about whether he would continue holding the House's No. 1 job after the current Congress ends in January 2015.
Boehner has been speaker since 2011. For much of that time, he's managed a fractious Republican majority that includes conservatives who at times have rebelled against his leadership, including a handful who refused to vote for him when the House re-elected him as speaker in January 2013.
Additional questions about his tenure have arisen as House Republicans overhauled much of their leadership team last week following the primary election defeat of Virginia GOP Rep. Eric Cantor, the majority leader.

I have no doubt he will be re-elected too. I don’t get it but he will. Well I do get it. Too many of these reps are afraid if they vote agains’t Agent Orange and he wins anyway he will strip them of their plum committee assignments.

I know the evil Boehner is a shoe-in to be reelected. Also, it is a near certainty that we will retain the House.
I wish somehow we can convince most Conservatives in his district to vote for his Rat opponent.
Of course if polling showed most Conservatives would vote for the RAT, I have no doubt that most democrats would vote for Boehner knowing he will screw Conservatives.
Replacing Boehner with a RAT is the only way to get rid of this RINO POS.

Maybe Boehner's husband needs to read and abide by Proverbs 32 too.
If Cantor hadn’t lost then I imagine Boehner would be planning his retirement. Well if he thought these last two years were challenging wait’ll the next two.
