Remember a couple years ago when the Head Dick in Sudan got a rocket in his casbah and took some serious 3rd degree burns on his hide? It was quiet there for awhile after that. Saudi Arabia today is pretty fat and happy with their propped up kingdom. Being Sunni, their main fear is the Shiite segment of Islam. Which segment also tends to be the worse threat to Israel today.
No oil consumer wants Saudi Arabia to dissolve into chaos and it’s doubtful that will happen.
I have thoughts that the Enola Gay needs to go on one last mission to these parts of the world when I hear something like this.
