A federal judge in Oregon says the process surrounding the federal government's "no-fly list" is unconstitutional.

The judge made an interesting statement, in that the no-fly list applies not just to international flights, but to national flights as well.

I wonder if the ruling only applies to international flights?

The reason I say this is that US flight jurisdiction within the US has very different authorities in the law.

For the GOVERNMENT to put American Citizens on a “No Fly List” is definitely wrong, and beyond their legal powers, I would say.

HOWEVER, the companies themselves can choose to deny service to whomever they choose to. Airlines are not a public utility.

Any air carrier operating an aircraft with a max gross take off weight in excess of 12,500 pounds must compare their manifest against the no fly list within 24 hours of departure.

“HOWEVER, the companies themselves can choose to deny service to whomever they choose to. Airlines are not a public utility.”

They cant deny the homosexuals, minorities,
and wetbacks service. They would be sued
out of business. But your right, they do have that
right, our government courts just don’t respect it.
Neither do the fascist in Washington.
