Judge Strikes Down Indiana Ban on Gay Marriage
AP ^ | 6/25/2014 | CHARLES WILSON

federal judge struck down Indiana's ban on same-sex marriage Wednesday in a ruling that immediately allows gay couples to wed.

U.S. District Judge Richard Young ruled that the state's ban violates the U.S. Constitution's equal-protection clause because it treats couples differently based on their sexual orientation.

"Same-sex couples, who would otherwise qualify to marry in Indiana, have the right to marry in Indiana," he wrote. "These couples, when gender and sexual orientation are taken away, are in all respects like the family down the street. The Constitution demands that we treat them as such."

You’re right. I apologize for that remark. Kennedy is actually a really good justice who makes good decisions and knows the constitution well. He doesn’t normally let any biases he may have come into play. My remarks were uncalled for.

It actually goes further in the past than Lawrence v Texas. He gave us the Romer v Evans decision in 1996. The normalization of homosexuality was a decision made sometimes 20 years ago, Kennedy is the chief implementer of the strategy. Ronald Reagan’s greatest failure, may yet doom the republic.

Yuck.

Kennedy was the deciding vote in Kelo.

He was supposed to be ready and ban abortion in 1992, but changed his mind.

Marriage is not an enumerated power of the fed.

I’d prefer the governor and the state supreme chief justice to say that the fed justice had no standing to rule on a non-enumerated power.

Romer vs. Evans. Another terrible decision on the same level as Koramatsu and Dredd Scott

This is what the Republicans get for rarely opposing the judicial nominees of Democrats. I will never forgive the RINOs for approving Ruth Bader Ginsburg 96-3. McConnell, McCain and Hatch all voted for her.

The Constitution does NOT demand what this intellectually poor judge has ruled.

Stand against this crap, Pence. We have a 10th amendment for a REASON.

GENDER is NECESSARY to define marriage. Male and female.

I pray and fast every Wednesday morning for the upcoming July 2 marriage trial in Florida.

I hope you all join me in some way this week praying for that case. The attorney general of Florida, Pam Bondi is DEFENDING MARRIAGE.

In honor of this earth-shattering nonsense allowing sodomites to “marry”, the state will be giving a free years supply of vaseline to Bruce and Tom and a free years supply of strap-on dildos to Gilda and Mavis. Since the state does know who will pay the “man” and actually strap on the dildo, the box will contain the name of both Gilda and Mavis.

This country has official gone mad. If God ever wanted to give the world an enema, he could certainly justify sticking it right in the middle of the United States of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Anthony Kennedy ruled sodomy was no longer illegal between two consenting adults in Texas. This legalized anal sex all over the country and the natural progression was “marriage” for the fudge packers. Apparently Kennedy does not know Biology 100, the anus is not a sex organ, no matter what the sodomites would have you believe. It’s purpose is the exit of feces from the body, and it has no other purpose. Degenerate, perverted anal sex will lead to all sorts of diseases, most notably anal cancer, and will lead to an early grave. The “marriage” of two people of the same sex can not be consummated, therefore “marriage” is impossible, no matter what sodomites want others to believe.

So THAT’S what the Republicans in Congress in 1868 intended. Clever, clever.

Marriage is (or at least ought to be — it too has become abused) about complementary love of male with female. These lustful arrangements are about, well, lust.

When a qualifier is necessary to make your case... you have no case.

lol...I know. The judge could use this same idiotic argument for polygamy.
