Skip to comments.Sean Hannity: I would not support “despicable” Thad Cochran in the general election
Posted on 06/25/2014 4:20:27 PM PDT by ObamahatesPACoal
The electoral shenanigans employed by the victorious Cochran campaign in the Mississippi Republican runoff were too much for even GOP establishment spokesman Sean Hannity who urged listeners not to reward Thad Cochrans disgusting tactics by voting for him in the general election

What did he do???
That’s gonna leave a mark.
Let’s get behind McDaniel. I feel like he’s been swept under the rug but he deserves better. If he challenges, I’m there with him. I think even if he didn’t win he’d expose even more dirty tricks. And he might even win if they processed enough Dem voters who had voted in the primary.
Glad Hannity saw the light.
They've managed to split the GOP into two warring factions - who do you suppose will benefit?
But, you’ll give “Porky Pig” Karl (the POS behind this runoff election BS)a platform on your show last night to spew his garbage.
With enough pressure the GOP will either force Cochran to withdraw or support the so called opposition.
He enlisted the support of DEMONCRATS to help wipe out his opponent, McDaniel. He employed UNETHICAL (DEMOCRAT) TACTICS to beat McDaniel. Flyers that said McDaniel hates black people, etc..
HELL YES! Welcome aboard, Sean!
Take down Cock-ring by any means necessary!!!!
1) Chances of an an investigation uncovering fraud leading to a possible re-vote.
2) Failing that, Chris McDaniel's chances as a write-in candidate.
The GOP, knowing they could not get any sane Republican to vote for Cochran, did the most despicable thing EVER and colluded with the Dems..that robo call was racist, basically saying that all blacks are on welfare and food stamps, where the hell is the media on that? If a Conservative had a robo call like that they would be calling the GOP racist, yet Cochran’s people release a robo call like that and not a peep, of course not, their guy won, a guy that can’t even wipe his own ass they fully support, because he does whatever they tell him to do
into two warring factions —
Is this like ISIS vs iraq, iran, kurds?
I wish I could not vote for Cochran in the general.
If he sees the light about Pig Rove, I may start listening again.
I believe you will have a ton of support. Thad Cochran is despicable, the flier he sent out is so repulsive. I would not support him for dog catcher.
Let Cochran know we do not like his dirty tricks.
No, it was the GOP Establishment that split the GOP into two warring factions with their big government statism and slandering conservatives as racists.
And it was the GOP Establishment that benefited. They would rather cheat to ensure a Democrat victory than allow a real conservative win fair and square. Their mission in life is to block, diffuse, and dissipate conservative political power in this country.
...made a piggy squeal.
Indeed. It’s the lowest I’ve ever seen the GOP-E stoop to, even worse than their previous underhanded shenanigans. That robocall was deliberately circulated to black Dems, expressing to vote Cochran in order to “save Obama” from “racist” tea-partiers. This, coming not from Dems, but from GOP quarters!
Jaw-dropping sleaze. I just don’t think I have the words to express my vomitous disgust at what those in the Republican Party leadership have sunk to.
Another pressure relief tactic. He had Rove in. SH is a fraud.
The crap Cochran pulled really ought to lead to him suffering in the Electric Chair. No quarter for liberal traitors!
Would not be surprised to hear Haley Barbour was involved with getting this flier out.
Please if anyone knows, expose him.
My jaw dropped when I heard the robo call on Mark Levin’s show. I hadn’t heard the robo call for myself but when I heard it, WOW..if I didn’t know where it came from I would have thought it came from the Democrat Party, but apparently it did, because the GOP is the Dem party and the Dem party is the Communist party..all the GOP has done is gone left, not as left as the Dem party but they have gone left..and they want us to go left with them and I sure as hell will NEVER go left with them..if the GOP wants to lose, that’s fine, they will continue to lose til they either get destroyed or see the light..it might take years, decades, but it will happen
Someone told me on this forum last night that the flyer and robo call came from Barbour’s son
Seriously? You been hiding under a rock or something?
Poor, poor despicible me!
I am so disappointed.
The Barbour’s sure have fooled us, if they are involved in this.
They have set off a fire storm.
“Looks like Sean may be putting on his *Big Boy* pants, hopefully this is a good sign.”
Do you mean that he took off his Howdy Doody costume? :)
I figured Barbour out when a few weeks ago he attacked Sarah Palin for supporting McDaniel..that’s when I knew what Barbour was..a cockroach
When I don't vote for Susan Collins in Nov I'll also imagine that I'm not voting for Cochran (and McConnell and a few others).
......bunch of laying hens in Ol’ Miss....
Actually he hasn’t had the “architect” on in a long time, since right around the time most Republicans were stabbing Ted Cruz in the back over the government shutdown.
I think he’s finally starting to wake up to the fact that the establishment is part of the problem too.
WOW— the truth will come out.
I believe voters everywhere will be fuming.
We hear about dirty politics, but to see it in print like this is pure proof.
Write in McDaniel.
When you lost “Squishy Sean” you have really pissed off your base...
Sean needs to kick Rove the hell off his TV show,...
How I wish I could vote in Mississippi
[ Looks like Sean may be putting on his *Big Boy* pants, hopefully this is a good sign.
If he sees the light about Pig Rove, I may start listening again. ]
I think the GOP beating of McDaniel was a lot like the Beating of Charles Sumner in the 1850’s ....
That woke a lot of sleeping Whigs up back then..
Maybe this woke up the “Party Loyal Republicans”...
Someone told me on this forum last night that the flyer and robo call came from Barbours son
I am planning to create a flyer for the november election, with some slight edits....
During the McCain vs Hussein election....SH...was one of the only one's exposing Hussein's past.
I live in TX...I’ll NOT be voting for John Cornyn.
Smeared Chris McDaniel.
I know that Hannity has to have Rove on his program as a part of Rove's contractual rotation through Fox's lineup, but Hannity has to forever more stop calling him "my friend" and "The Architect," and start calling him out as not a friend of conservatives.
It's time to go ice cold, Hannity.
Someone is claiming this group was responsible for the sick ad...

Haley Barbour misfires in attempt to tar Chris McDaniels approach to racial politics
He went on to note that Cochran is defending Mississippis federal education funding against attacks by McDaniel. Barbour said that Mississippis voters might be incensed by McDaniels opposition to the federal Department of Education.
Our state gets over a billion and a half dollars in federal funding for education, and Chris McDaniel says its unconstitutional? Barbour remarked. Some of those people are African-American. Some of them are Democrats. But tens of thousands of people concerned about Mississippi schools are independents and Republicans.
I quit listening to Sean a number of years ago. All he does is spew, then repeat, then repeat, then repeat, .....!
Facing a desperate runoff election against Tea Party challenger Chris McDaniel on Tuesday, Sen. Thad Cochran has been accused of pursuing an unorthodox strategy for a Mississippi Republican: robocalling black voters.
The time has come to make a stand and say No! to the Tea Party, No! to their obstruction, No! to their disrespectful treatment of the first African-American president, the calls exhort would-be voters.
