Posted on 06/25/2014 4:22:42 PM PDT by ncfool
IRS Commissioner John Koskinen contributed more than $85,000 to Democratic candidates and committees, MRCTV research has discovered - with a $5,000 donation to President Obama in 2012 and $19,000 to the Democratic National Committee from 1988 to 2008. This may explain the fawning "thank yous" Koskinen received for his public service from many Democrats last night on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
Oh Oh the Commissioner has some problems too:
The only thing that smells worse than their apologetic pandering is the scandal itself. Beyond all human belief. Even Beckel doubts it, but just barely.
“This is much worst then the Watergate issue that took Nixon down.”
While I agree that it IS much worse I am still convinced that nothing will happen ultimately because most of the press will never let this GET as “bad” as or worse than Watergate. And what’s more, all these people know it. Look how smug they are. there really is NOBODY to take them down. Not the press, not a “responsibly acting” president, not an unbiased or even embarrassed DOJ - not even the Republicans who COULD have the Sargent-at-arms put people in jail for contempt but won’t (Bonehead is afraid to try it).
You wrist slitters need to go away.
Remind me what Scooter was incarcerated for?
These bureaucrats are paid with my tax dollars, which they use to pay THEIR taxes and then make donations to other government growers.
The system stinks.
How can you have a debate forum if there are no contrasting viewpoints ?
Can you disprove his allegations ?
The wrist slitters don’t want debate, they just want others to share in their misery.
Freep-mail me to get on or off my pro-life and Catholic List:
Please ping me to note-worthy Pro-Life or Catholic threads, or other threads of general interest.
If you can tell a happy story of our government and restoration of freedom, let’s hear it.
But God forbid that anybody donate to a Republican.
Ths will be a campaign issue in both 2014 and 2016.
And, there will likely be a GOP AG and DOJ in 2017...before any statute of li9mitations kicks in.
These "smug" folks are whistling past the graveyard.
I would not be surprised to see at least 40 of them charged with felonies.
“You wrist slitters need to go away.”
Please show me where I am wrong. Having faith that somebody will do something is great but I don’t see where that will come from. I would LOVE to be wrong but just calling me a “wrist-slitter” adds no value. Tell me where YOU think we can expect something to happen.
THE REAL QUESTION IS: HOW DID THIS POS HAVE $85,000.00 TO DONATE????
“And, there will likely be a GOP AG and DOJ in 2017...before any statute of li9mitations kicks in.

I would be surprised if a single person is charged, assuming the Republicans take the Whitehouse. New presidential administrations just don’t go after the old ones. If I am wrong on this please give me an example. I am not a historian.
Why are you here? You apparently know how things are going to turn out and have clearly given up. That only leaves making sure to drag everyone else down with you.
You are obviously a racist. Only a racist would ask that question.
Why do you even bother to vote? Obviously its pointless.
“Why are you here? You apparently know how things are going to turn out and have clearly given up. That only leaves making sure to drag everyone else down with you.”
Again with nonsense response. You haven’t addressed my question at all. HOW and WHERE will help come? You don’t have an answer do you?
Why are you here?
Elijah Cummings was practically kissing Koskinen rear end in the hearing the other day. Buncha lying old losers both of them.
I think I’ve proven my point about your kind.
You just want everyone to agree with you that its all pointless so why bother trying.
The IRS has become so polluted with democrats that it must be shut down...
I know, right? And they gush over his “public service” and thank him for being there, like it’s just out of the goodness of his heart. This assholes have this arrogance that they are working for the “public good” while pulling down above average salaries with the best of benefits, plus bonuses and pensions that most of the private sector hasn’t seen in decades, if ever. He had a spare $85,000? Are you effing kidding me?!
The House needs to do what was done to the AIG execs. They need to set up a special tax bracket of 100% for all people with a last name of Holder, Lerner, Koskinen, etc. for the rest of their lives.
They should allocate Lerner’s taxes to pay for a copy machine that automatically makes paper copies of all emails as they are sent and received. The savings from drastically-reduced salaries of IRS workers should be allocated to buy the paper for the machine, which shall be called “The Lois Lerner Memorial FU”
And Koskinen’s taxes should pay for a similar copier at the NSA.
And Holder’s for the EPA.
Elijah Cummings is a co-conspirator with Lerner. Why isn’t he in jail?
President Barack Obamas nominee to lead the IRS has a net worth between $7.1 million and $27.4 million, according to financial disclosure reports released by the Office of Government Ethics.
John Koskinen, the former non-executive chairman for Freddie Mac, said in a disclosure letter that he would resign his position as a member of the board of directors for AES Corp. and American Capital, Ltd. if hes confirmed.
Who says you can’t buy or sleep your way to the top?
That is the whole history of the Democrat Party since at least 1992.
The IRS Commissioner at least was consistent over time and it paid off.
Now to really pay him off with jail time. He’d look a lot less smug and arrogant in an orange jump suit and an “I love Bubba” sticker on it.
It only takes $85,000 to get a high-level job like that? I bundled over $40,000 for Fred Thompson alone. I must be doing it wrong. LOL
Exactly. If ever a special prosecutor was appropriate this the time.
I doubt a republican president with a republican congress would do anything about it. He’ll say “I think we should move on.” Where did I hear that? Oh, yeah. W said it1
And Holder will appoint one? DON’T THINK SO. Anyway, without some cooperation from the donks on the committee, this hearing will go nowhere.
OK, I take it this guy is not a White Boy?
I’d bet that none of them have been audited and probably got refunds they shouldn’t have.
AAAHH now I understand
“Freddie Mac” Where all Democrats go to get rich, the list is endless.
The fourty-per-cent-plus in the electorate love these people and absolutely love watching Mr. Koskinen and his cohorts snickering and sneering their contemptuous scorn for the proceedings.
“You wrist slitters need to go away.”
The wrist-slitters are doing nothing but recognizing reality, not slitting their wrists.
I totally agree...
The dimocraps will pull out all stops to win the 2017 elections... They will do anything, "ANYTHING" to keep from going to jail...
One thing about felons....they don't mind committing felonies...
There is a reason despair is among the deadly sins.
Note the name on the Duke University facility where the soccer and lacrosse teams play (Hint: it isn’t “Nifong”). Koskinen has bought himself lots of goodwill among liberal institutions, including his alma mater.
Pride, envy, gluttony, avarice, lust, covetousness, sloth.
Where are the wrist-slitters in those?
“Even Beckel doubts it, but just barely.”
It’s amazing how Mr. Beckel gets away with his
Progressive, know-it-all, macho-man, schoolyard-bully insults against non-progressive members of that Fox News program “The Five”.
You might want to study up on despair as sin.
At this point you wrist slitters are doing exactly what the democrats want you to do by spreading despair like a virus.
You may crawl back into your hidey hole because I’m not wasting further time on your kind.
Despair is not the same as a recognition of reality.
