Attorney General Eric Holder should be impeached if he refuses to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the targeting of tea party groups by the IRS, according to Senator Ted Cruz (R., Texas).
With the IRS claiming to have lost two years of former official Lois Lerner’s emails, Cruz is headed to the floor to introduce a resolution calling for the special prosecutor.
“He’s going to say, if Attorney General Holder does not appoint a special prosecutor, he should be impeached,” a Cruz aide told National Review Online. “Eric Holder has been at the center of every big scandal in this administration . . . If he doesn’t act on this issue, it’s perfectly appropriate for him to be impeached.”

He has already been held in contempt of Congress. That should have been enough to impeach him months ago.
Fine as far as it goes, but Congress could investigate in a more determined manner and probably pull much of the corruption out into the open, too
Every IRS person I’ve ever dealt with was good quality, helpful. But ANY agency can hire in dishonest, corrupted people. These need to be rooted out ASAP.
We also need to adopt a much, much simpler revenue mechanism. This is mostly not the IRS peoples’ fault... this is mostly the fault of Congress for writing such a convoluted, incomprehensibe tax code. So once again, we need to jack up Congress to do its job a lot better....

The executive branch is responsible under the Constitution for enforcing federal law through its attorney general’s office.
The attorney general has been refusing to do its job: securing the border, pursuing rogue agencies, investigating election fraud, and on and on, while doing things (illegal things) that of course it isn’t supposed to be doing.

They should have dumped holder the first year when he fired the guy who was investigating Sacramento mayor,Kevin Johnson (supporter of the Hero of Benghazi) and stopped the investigation.

I firmly believe Hussein hasn't made a single day to day or policy decision during his entire presidency. Someone else makes them for him.
