As another poster mentioned, these can very easily be destroyed and re-written to cover up fraud. They’re very generic. This has to be lightning quick so they don’t know its being checked before it is too late

Yes, there are likely laws similar to those requiring the IRS and EPA to preserve their email records.

Laws? This is the GOPe we are talking about, they respect the law as much as Obama. They would destroy everything and then say “a computer crashed” or some such obvious BS and never be held accountable.
