It is always a toss-up for Federal Judges to rule on what the meaning of “...Shall Not Be Infringed” actually means.

Federal judges now act as Roman governors, overseeing the local kingdoms. They act as potentates of the emperor reigning in the locals to prevent them from straying to far away from the emperor’s agenda.

If one has to submit to a government interrogation to exercise their 2nd amendment right, what makes these nuts think the natural extension doesn’t include a speech and a religion implementation license?

Judges have ruled many despicable things constitutional before, yet many of those things are no longer legal. This is not the end.

We cannot depend on the judiciary to protect our rights. The only answer is defeating legislators who violate them.
