I have not heard NPR in over ten years, but 25 years ago, I was a contributor to my local PBS affiliate, WKNO.
In those days, I did not detect the Marxist slant on programs such as All Things Considered, or Morning Edition. Maybe I was naive, or maybe they now feel free to push the party line.

With the exception of the federal entities indicated by the Constitution’s Clauses 16 & 17 of Section 8 of Article I as examples, entities under the exclusive legislative control of Congress, the states have never delegated to the feds, via the Constitution, the specific power to tax and spend for public radio.

Note that I have enjoyed listening to NPR. But lets do things right and work such projects within the framework of the Constitution.
