Amnesty Activists Protest House Offices They Knew Were Empty

Protesters from the pro-amnesty activist group United We Dream descended upon the Rayburn House Office Building to knock on the doors of Republicans who advocate border security - even though they say they knew the congressmen had already gone back to their home districts.

"They always close the door on us, right, but we're used to the Republicans treating us this way," one organizer said, rallying the protesters "to go to Boehner's office to deliver our special surprise (a large banner)."

"We know you don't want to open the door, Speaker Boehner, because, for months, you have been ignoring us! For months, you have been making empty promises!," a protester yelled after another had knocked on the office door of House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio).

"The last vote was yesterday at 3PM, so I'm sure they're already in District," another protester admitted when MRCTV's Dan Joseph pointed out that Rep. Boehner probably wasn't in his office.

Sporting banners, humming, and chanting, "Stand up, fight back!," the protesters first targeted the empty office of Rep. Issa (R-Calif.), whom they blame for sending colleagues "letters saying that DACA (Pres. Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy) should be repealed and Dreamers should be deported."

"I'm here because I'm coming out of the shadows," one young protester declared.

When Joseph asked what they hoped to accomplish by visiting the House offices, a protester said that Pres. Obama "has the power" to stop deportations and expand DACA - and that he should use it:

"I think that Pres. Obama has the power to deliver relief for our communities. Relief for our communities means that he stop the deportation and grant administrative relief that expands DACA for parents."

They often target the pro-amnesty Republican offices. So why would any Republican come out for it. That just encourages them.

There was a time when illegal alien invaders wouldn’t dare go near a government building except for welfare offices. Now the invaders are running our country and scaring the piss out of our government and its politicians.
