FOR RICK PERRY, CALIFORNIA VISITS OFFER PRACTICE FOR 2016
Breitbart ^ | 6/26/2014 | JOEL B. POLLAK

Posted on 06/27/2014 11:13:39 PM PDT by South40

When my Breitbart California colleague Adelle Nazarian and I met Texas Gov. Rick Perry at the magnificent La Valencia hotel in tony La Jolla, he looked more like a venture capital executive than a governor.

He was dressed in shirtsleeves and a pale blue tie, earphones plugged into his iPhone, tapping away on his MacBook Pro and wearing the dark-rimmed glasses that have become the trademark of the post-2012 Perry persona.

It's Rick Perry 2.0.

Why isn’t Perry protecting Texas from invasion?

Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 431.071
http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/GV/htm/GV.431.htm#431.071

Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 431.001
http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/GV/htm/GV.431.htm#431.001

Tex. Const. art. 4, § 7
http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/CN/htm/CN.4.htm#4.7

Also, Texas has legal recourse against the Federal government: U.S. Const. art. IV, § 4 mandates the Federal government protect states against Invasion. The Federal government has not performed.

Why isn’t Perry doing his job as Governor?

Great questions. Why isn't he doing what he said he would?

Monday, June 23, 2014

“Gov. Rick Perry today toured a federal facility housing unaccompanied alien children, where he received a briefing from federal officials. He also reaffirmed Texas’ commitment to protecting its citizens by securing the Texas-Mexico border, and called for Washington to take actions to help curb the tide of illegal immigrants flowing across the border.”

Talk talk talk. Texas sized BS.

You think he would spend every day working on the border issue.

I think if he not only stops new humanoids from invading texas, but starts sending ones already there back, as well, he would be looked at as kind of a hero, people would forget his last disaster of a candidacy, and he might win in 2016...

He has allowed the invasion to become way out of hand beginning a long time a go, in my view. Free in state tuition for illegals got him into a lot of trouble with his party. ( Most people should have known that he would fail as evidence to the countless stories with Perry praises throughout the democratic media— like Perry was going to win the nomination / he would be a strong candidate against the democrat) Romney took him out before the media even began to discredit him.

Forget it, Rick! All this man will do is divide the vote! It is essential that we unite early on the most conservative electable candidate! I despise these shills who participate, allowing the GOPe candidate to win the nomination! Please everyone, tell him to knock it off!

Nice take.

Perry allowed the invasion to become way out of hand a long time a go. Free in-state tuition for illegals got him into a lot of trouble.. He planted countless stories that he was going to win the nomination / and would be a strong candidate against the democrat. END GAME Romney took him out before the media even began to discredit him.

INCONVENIENT FACTOID Until he became a presidential candidate the buzz was Texans did not even know he had given in-state tuition to illegals. Then in a debate he sneered at Americans----calling us "heartless" (b/c we would not kneel in obeisance to border violators).

Perry is poster boy for the old political adage----"it's not whether the candidate is likeable to voters....it's whether the candidate himself appears to like voters.

Don’t confuse what he says on TV with the real Rick Perry
