A Muslim man was yesterday jailed for 29 years after being found guilty of stabbing a pregnant Romanian prostitute to death after warning her not to work near a mosque.
The Daily Mail reports that Farooq Shah, 21, stabbed Mariana Popa in the chest while riding his bicycle along a stretch of road in Ilford, Essex, known for its sex workers. After being stabbed, Miss Popa staggered into a fast-food shop and collapsed in a pool of blood while her killer cycled away. She was pregnant with her second child.
CCTV footage showed Farooq Shah waiting on the forecourt of a petrol station late on 28 October last year. Miss Popa can be seen walking towards him and speaking to him before he stabs her twice in the chest.
Prosecutors said that Shah had previously warned Miss Popa to leave the area, and decided to kill her when she refused.
Shah claimed that he had been the victim of a mistaken identity, and said he had been at home when the crime happened after having returned drunk and high and from a party.

The use of “takeyya” by the believer to the non-believers to protect oneself in self-defence in the fear of death. “Let not the believers take for friends or helpers unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, (they) shall have no relation left with Allah except by way of precaution (”tat-taqooh”), that ye may guard yourselves (”tooqatan”) from them....(3:28)” Also, so-called creditable outside muslim witnesses are permitted to lie for allah also to protect what they view as innocent of the believer!

To be fair, that is exactly what common law defines as murder. Killing with just cause is not murder.
Which means the problem is not the principle, it's the Islamic definition of "just cause."

Good! But for a muslim, there is NO common law(man made) except allah’s law(Islamic sharia law). Those that are deemded sacred by allah, are they ALL humanity (believers and non-believers) or just believers as muslims? And what of the “And if...”? The wrongful killing of a non-believer or the believer? Strange a muslim would suddenly be humbled to do “we have given his heir authority (to demand qisas or to forgive)” The Koran is about believers and non-believers, little on humanity! This also explains muslim’s non-assimilation and adhering to Koran’s surah 5, ayat 51.
In our own country, by 1860 slaveowners had redefined the "men created equal" in the Declaration of Independence to exclude persons of African descent. Thus keeping the DoI and eliminating its obvious conflict with the institution of slavery.

True. Often those details are the definitions.
Muslims need to return to the Middle East Countries where they are “free” to practice all their twisted and insane behavior. Britain refuses , just as the US does, to restrain and enforce immigration laws and protect their borders. But they haven’t and won’t.
I’m believing that 90% of monies granted by governments to all areas of the home country are simply funneling the revenues to their own coffers for the NWO.
Seriously, ask any British person who reads this if it would be just, if after a trial, this murderer was taken to an appointed place and hung by the neck until dead?

Having him live on the dole in prison is no way to run a country. It just means that one slightly less murderous criminal, for the time being, will be let go to make a space for him.
Yet if he is hung, Britain will be better for it. He would send a message to the only people he appreciates, his fellow Muslims, that utter disregard for British law warrants not success on Earth or adoration in Muslim heaven, but only the graveyard and a deserved Hell.
Try him for murder and then Electrecute Him.
