Salem police chief to assault suspect Latia Harris: 'Turn yourself in'

Salem City Police Chief John Pelura III has a simple message for video beating suspect Latia Harris: "Turn yourself in. You've been charged and you are going to have to face the consequences."

Harris, 25, of Salem remained on the lam Friday, Pelura said.
