Agreed. Even if you could find a court who would rule against the dictator in chief, so what? There is no way to enforce it. Bone Head refuses to do his job in the House and now he thinks he can deceive the public with this BS slight of hand lawsuit and shift his responsibility to the courts. The issue is a political question which the courts will not touch. The clowns in Congress shirked their duty from day one when they certified the electoral votes for Obummer in January of 2009. They knowingly and deliberately let the snake out of the cage. Here we are today with Boner's Mickey Mouse diversion tactic on display. Boner has not even tried to exhaust his political remedies in the House and yet he expects a court to act for him. This reminds me of the classic circus clown fire brigade.
