Mark Levin said Boehner should have appointed a select committee to handle the IRS scandal and the DOJ would have to answer to courts for any missing documents but Boehner has been ineffective. Now that they have learned Grassley was a target, they may do what is needed. They have not had the incentive to protect the tea party.

subpoena the servers at DOJ, NSA, and perhaps Snowden will come through, thus demonstrating his concerns were well placed.
