5 year old bullying victim forced to sign ‘sexual misconduct’ confession
kid abuse 5

After being coerced by a fellow classmate into pulling his pants down at school, kindergartner Eric Lopez was forced to sign a “sexual misconduct” form by school officials. This happened despite the fact that Lopez was told that if he did not pull his pants down, another student would.

If this was my 5 year old a certain “school official” would be getting some free dental work. Jail or no jail

a 5 year old has the legal capacity to enter into this ?

I don't think so.

Let’s not deal with the bullying and taunting...let’s get a piece of paper for the victim...that will set all those rascally kindergartens down...OUR SOCIETY IS LOST!

back in my day - those kids taunting...would have been lined up and spanked by the principal...and then those kids would have had the same waiting for them at home after school...WOW!

How can a five-year-old sign a confession? Seven is the age of reason.

If a contract cannot be binding when signed by someone who is underage, how can a confession be?

5 year old kids are kids. The real bully here is the school official.

This country is truly lost. This is ordinary kiddie behavior. You paddle the kid, tell him not to do it again and if he does it again, you swat him again. We are such a sick society.

Actually, when I was about that age back in the 50s we had a older female teacher who would take kids back in the cloak room, pull down their pants and spank them. Can you imagine that taking place today?

School administrators don't have to follow the law. Our elected and appointed officials don't, why should they.

A child’s pulling his pants down is not “sexual” anything, unless there’s an adult pervert involved. It’s harmless but annoying silliness.

When living with my paternal grandma at age 12,(6th grade), a little mean sneak who bothered me all the time 'cause I was a newbie, pulled my skirt up in front of the whole class at recess.

I naturally took her down by handfuls of her long curls and beat on her a little.

When we were sent to the principal, she cried copious tears befitting her girly name, and looked pitiful. I, with my pigtails and boy first name looked belligerent.

After hearing our story, the principal asked if I was related to the Starnes boys. I admitted Frank, the oldest, was my father and I saw he struggled to keep from smiling.

We were both admonished and sent to class. He had been principal when my father and 3 brothers went there and he must have thought I was a chip off the old block.

That is what USED to happen; now, everything is sexual or criminal or both.

I think you may be wrong. Children in kindergarten are being given sex education classes in some school districts. That may be the basis for the child knowing anything about sex at such a young age.

School administrators don’t have to follow the law.

They have their own law ... called the Ed Code.

They “own” your kid, they “mitigate”, they have “zero tolerance” ...

They have, in their wisdom, finally created a Utopia. The school system is perfect. If only the rest of us could follow their example.

There’s nothing in the article to indicate that either child had any concept of sex. One simply knows that making another pull his pants down in public is embarrassing.

I think the country has gone too far in this direction for it to be reversed, and I also think people are getting what they deserve. But, as this story illustrates, the ones who are getting it the worst are not necessarily the ones who are most deserving—and that pattern is likely to intensify before it’s over.

Being forced to sign. That is fascism. The child was entitled to have a lawyer present. Public schools are showing us what life will be like under a “liberal” government.

When I was in third grade, as we sat down at the beginning of class one day, the kid behind me held his sharp pencil straight up on my chair which obviously hurt when I sat down on it. I yelled jumped up, turned around and popped him right in the face. I had to go sit in the principal’s office for the rest of that day...no big deal!

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the “other” articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

The school officials involved should be forced to sign a “too stupid to be anywhere near a child” confession and then run out of town on a rail.

Seriously....It is better for a child to receive NO schooling whatsoever than to ever set foot inside a secular ( that means godless) government indoctrination camp. I really mean that.

Illiteracy an innumeracy can be fixed. Spiritual death can’t be.

Children in government schools risk spiritual death. They **WILL** learn to think and reason godlessly. They must just to cooperate in the godless classroom. How could it be otherwise?

Indeed! It is bullying and child abuse.

What would happen to an ordinary citizen who mentally abused a child in this way? The Child Protection Services would be all over it like flies on fly paper.

The parent should SUE these abusers **PERSONALLY**! If doctors can be sued for malpractice than so should teachers and principals! Hey! They are always insisting that they are “professionals”. It is time that they were sued like professionals.
