Oh that’s easy. Keep in mind that the decision as to whether or not a specific individual is to be given a permanent resident visa or even naturalized rests with the executive branch. So using pen and cell phone, dear leader could simply issue a broad executive order giving out green cards to everyone who applies.
I suspect that’s what’s in store for the 4th of July.

When Nixon was nearing the end, there was some speculation that the military would have to force him to step down. I wonder if that’s where we’re going with Obama.
Instead of a path to citizenship...how about a path back to Mexico and Central America?
