Gulp! I can only think about 3 contraceptive methods.
Of, not about.
How far have we fallen that by not forcing your employer to pay for you to murder you baby, your employer violates your civil rights.
Well, they shouldn’t, in my opinion, but I’m not interested in forcing them to stop.
If I’m the boss paying for that coverage, I’ll only cover the least expensive option.
If anyone can get Fluke’s address I’m going to send her a condom. I hope others do as well.
Why does a lesbian need a condom?
You don’t want to know.
Not 1 in 1,000,000 people know this. I didn’t know it.
The media in this country needs to be given a mega-enema.
The left loves baby killing. It’s all about abortion.
This is a pretty narrow case, yet the Left’s panties are all in a wad! LOL!
While I commend the court’s decision, it really was a no-brainer. In fact from a Catholic perspective, the court was notoriously liberal. The only forms of birth control that the employer can’t be forced to pay for are those that induce abortion, all others are on the employer’s dime.
And even this is limited only to what essentially amounts to family-run businesses. WalMart or McDonald’s would have to go ahead and pay for the abortion drugs.
I did not know that.
The Plan B pill, if used within 24 hours will prevent pregnancy...but in some cases fertilization would have already occurred. But, it happens enough I can appreciate their position.
Thanks for posting this. It will come in handy at the liberal cookouts this coming week.
Every once in a while I wish FR had an upvote button. Because that comment was funny.
I think it’s 16 different brands/formulations, not methods.
“Gulp! I can only think about 3 contraceptive methods.”
Lets see. There is the aspirin method...
Healthy people engage in sexual activity - there is no injury or illness involved - it is a voluntary act. Why should any ‘health’ insurance policy be mandated to include contraceptive products or drugs?
The Government has not mandated that Medicare pay for eye care (glasses, lenses to correct or improve vision), dental care to improve digestion and relieve pain, or hearing aides to assist with life functions. So why is the Government involved in condoms, IUDs and birth control pills?
I’m in the first priority group with the VA and I still don’t receive dental care. I do receive hearing and vision care, though.
Isn’t “gulp” another? I’ll be here all week, try the veal.
“And even this is limited only to what essentially amounts to family-run businesses. WalMart or McDonalds would have to go ahead and pay for the abortion drugs.”
It’s hard to argue that large corporations with millions of stock holders (owners) can claim religious grounds...
