The IDF demolished overnight Monday the homes of the two main suspects in the kidnapping and killing of three young Israelis, witnesses told AFP.
The witnesses said the houses of Marwan Kawasmeh and Amar Abu-Eisha in Hevron were blown up, in what a human rights group said was the first punitive demolition since Israel halted the practice in 2005.
Kawasmeh and Abu-Eisha were identified by Israel last week as the two terrorists who kidnapped Eyal Yifrah, Gilad Shaar and Naftali Frenkel, whose bodies were discovered earlier on Monday.
Both Kawasmeh and Abu-Eisha have been arrested numerous times and are well known Hamas terrorists in the Hevron area.

Seems to me that the arrest limit for terrorists should be set at one.
I believe they go for the homes that they live in ... so that if brothers and sisters and mothers and fathers are in that same home, then they will be out of a home. But, if they are in another home, those extended family members won’t be affected.
Too bad the bastards weren’t home at the time.
They are released ... and then there’s the fact that Israel does not have the death penalty.
In fact, talking about releasing them ... not too long ago, Israel released over ONE THOUSAND TERRORISTS from their prisons in exchange for just ONE ISRAELI SOLDIER!
Bump
The IDF and the Mossad KNOWS ... :-) ...
I have always supported that act. Squeeze em out!
I think a better way to get them to police their own would be to destroy their mosque too.
Afterwards, put up a big bronze plaque by the rubble saying that the actions of these murderers Marwan Kawasmeh and Amar Abu-Eisha destroyed Allah’s house. Cursed be their souls.
Perhaps I need a sensitivity class....
I hope their families were inside. Now finish and destroy the village/town.
Muslims are death loving barbarians who understand only power and destruction. You don`t understand and rehabilitate evil-you destroy it.
Nice. Very nice.
IDF: “We deliver!”
You said ... “Now finish and destroy the village/town.”
Israel does not commit WAR CRIMES. That’s PROPAGANDA that Israel’s enemies perpetrate.
Don’t be part of Israel’s enemies and spread lies about Israel!
You said ... “I think a better way to get them to police their own would be to destroy their mosque too.”
This is something to get cleared up here ... In Israels own laws they are committed to protecting all religious rights and religious sites - Muslims, Christians or Jews equally. Israel is the ONLY COUNTRY in the Middle East so committed to doing so.
Also, as part of the original Palestine Mandate from the League of Nations, the religious rights of all religious groups were designated to be protected. When Israel declared independence in 1948 and the war started, Israel urged all the Arabs to NOT FLEE because they were not going to harm them. Israel said they wanted them as citizens in the new country.
Right now, the civil and voting rights of all Arabs in Israel (they are full fledged citizens) are FULLY PROTECTED as much as any Jewish citizen. The Arabs have their own legislators in the Knesset. Also, there is an Arab who is on Israels Supreme Court. The Arab population of Israel is 20%.
Israel is ABSOLUTELY COMMITTED to preserving the religious rights and shrines of all citizens in Israel!
THIS IS THE TRUE ISRAEL ... not some comic book character that some people want Israel to be when they are posting online!
They weren't.
The IDF even very politely carries your furniture out before they blow the place up.
To all islamic terrorists and scum and those that harbor them!
The problem with scum like this is that they move from house to house calling 3 or 4 houses home. So the IDF need to do some urban renewal.
The IDF knows where their home is ... :-) ...
They need to be strung up by their naughty bits.
